I arrived after driving 15 hours just to have the staff at the front desk tell me their system was down and he can’t get me into a room. He then wrote my name and number down and said he’d call me when it’s back up. I never received a call. I got another hotel an hour or so later. I booked through Expedia so I had to get a refund through them. Just for them to email me that they denied my refund request days later. Awful system and awful customer service.

The staff was 5 star all the way, breakfast was good, 24 hour coffee and tea. Very well managed with enough employees that enjoyed their jobs. We will come back!

Hotel was fine and breakfast was great. Requested housekeeping but they never came.

Great Hotel, highly recommended!

The manager on duty I can't remember her name at the moment, but she was a short female was truly a very nice person to deal with. When I told her about the situation I had the night before, she took care of it right away and asked if there was anything else. She made me and my family feel cared for and that she really wanted our business knowing that we could go somewhere else the next time. She made me feel truly valued. I stayed July 3 through the 6 room 226 and I spoke with her on the 6 at around 10am. She gave me a card, and I don't have it with me at the moment, but because of her I will be back

The stay was great. I was there for a week. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do recommend to advertise or have better access to what amenities are available. I went and did laundry without knowing there was a laundry room - I could’ve asked too and was mostly my fault but even when using the QR code it was not listed :( but otherwise it was great and felt safe.

Clean room

The room was clean and updated. A/C unit worked great. Pool area was small but clean and well maintained. Hallways were clean

The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen. If you need a cook top and pans all you have to do is ask the front desk. Fridge was a little smaller than pictured but still big enough. Breakfast was good. Every morning had a slight change in the menu which we enjoyed.

Staff was exceptional and very professional. They went above and beyond to help you with any issues.

It was homey and my kids loved it. Kitchen, fridge, bowls, glasses anything we needed it was there!

Staff is great. Location convenient to arena and to I-26. Room was not clean. Hair in shower. Weird smell in room.

I didn’t expect the hotel room to have a great kitchenette!! Plus it was walking distance to the Performing Arts Complex 🎉
