Everything about this hotel was great. We had a wonderful experience!

Parking fee is unwarranted however, the staff members were kind and courteous.

Very clean, spacious room. Staff were helpful, and friendly.

The AC unit was so noisy. I would’ve changed route and split my stay was so short I didn’t wanna be packed and moved to a different room if one was available. The time I was offered for repair I was just getting up and they baked that people left at 4 o’clock that Sunday.

I like that they had good staff welcoming I saw a roach in bathroom and where i booked at on booking.com it said $10 private parking and it said public parking when i saw i saw that i assume the regular parking was free because of how it was worded but i explained that it needed to be cleared in text that it’s not for just $10 private parking it’s for parking in general i have never paid for parking at a hotel and then i couldn’t get a refund which was like yea my last time here

Exceptional

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I also appreciated having a microwave in the room, which was very convenient. The location wasn’t ideal for what we were in town to do, and it felt a little farther away from the areas we wanted to visit.

Superb

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice shower. Good breakfast, but coffee was almost always out. Would definitely stay here again, only 15 minutes from the college/downtown area, and maybe 20 from Isle De Palmes and Folley Beaches. Fast food all around, so we headed to King Street for dinner or places near the marina.

Every time I come to Charleston for work, I always stay at this location. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is super attentive and much appreciated.

I arrived after driving 15 hours just to have the staff at the front desk tell me their system was down and he can’t get me into a room. He then wrote my name and number down and said he’d call me when it’s back up. I never received a call. I got another hotel an hour or so later. I booked through Expedia so I had to get a refund through them. Just for them to email me that they denied my refund request days later. Awful system and awful customer service.
