Wish the outside pool was open later but everything was great.

We've been going there for years. This time, it was awful. Our AC wasn't working properly, all the ice machines were either empty or broken, our room was in poor shape (tiles missing in bathroom, mold on shower curtain, hair dryer barely attached to the wall, chair falling apart, sleeper sofa coming undone, terrible mattress). I asked to change rooms and was told no. They said they would send a technician to look at our AC, the "technician" was the same kid working the front desk. He showed up with a screw gun, looked at it (no screws on the unit LOL) banged on it a few times and said to wait, it might cool down in a few hours. What a joke!!! To be charged a Resort Fee for this place is a stretch.

For the cost and the conditions I would have hoped for better. 7am construction nosies The room when we got there was clearly not fully cleaned The shower curtain was dirty The floors through out room dirty. Under bed was horrific there was food and god knows what. So be fearful if you drop anything. At least didn’t see bugs. The ceiling was bubbled in the bathroom, plaster falling, no vents in the bathroom Smelled like pee in the bathroom The bathroom had a ceiling leak and towels were soaked, maintenance was called they came felt the wall with gloves on said it was not wet. Meanwhile floor and towels we put on the floor continued to soak up the water. Air conditioning barely worked. Would have complained but after maintenance come once no point. Let the desk know all the issues no offer of a discount or anything. Definitely not worth 200 to 320 a night cost the cost varied on the day. Not sure why the charged resort fees. Breakfast was $17. A person for a buffet. Location was okay.

Clean, good activities for families, comfortable lobby, easy access to other amenities. Didn’t try the food, ac unit was really loud and our room was right above the smoking tent so voices were loud late at night. But overall a great place and we will he back.

The amenities are awesome: clean pools, decent gym, but there was a musty smell when you walked in. It seems like it was once a really nice hotel, but the A/C units are really loud, and the rooms were not very clean. There were sticky spots on the carpets (candy), trash left in the fridge from previous guests, and the bathrooms had hair in the sink and on the toilet. Nothing terrible, but my wife and I did have to make sure our room and the adjoining room for the kids. Thankfully, she always brings cleaning supplies just in case. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the adjoining rooms were nice to have. Overall, it was a good value and a good experience, however, the room cooling units need some updating, and the hotel should revisit cleaning standards.

We had a great stay at the North Conway Grand Hotel. My 6 year old daughter absolutely loved it. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were great, although very crowded, but that was to be expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, shops, Diana’s baths and Story Land. We will definitely be back!

There was some roof construction going on with a crane starting early morning and some of the arcades were not working well. Otherwise a nice hotel conveniently located.

I needed another place immediately that was close by. I booked The North Conway Grand Hotel. I would return there in a heartbeat. This is the place to go. Staff was amazing. Hotel was lovely. Food was delish. Two thumbs up all day long!! Thank you for being so accommodating, Grand Hotel. I hope to see you again one day.

Easy access And great location

The room was not clean and outdated

The room housekeeping not as good as normal, desk staff talks too soft for people with hearing issues plus not real friendly, you know it's just a job. Pools were great, nice & clean plus fresh towels, as well as the nice playground for the kids. Breakfast was good but very Expensive. Kids cost the same.. $60.00 for 2 kids & 2 adults.
