Needs to clean the room and remove the smell of the roo

Staff was helpful esp. Tristian. Breakfast buffet was good average free continental breakfast. Very good location just walking distance to the outlet stores and food. I will stay again here when I come back

This hotel has seen better days. Wasn’t terribly clean or well maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great. Room smelled damp and common areas needed fans to air things out. Staff were helpful and friendly, and it was a good location but probably won’t stay there again.

Très mauvaise odeur de weed dans la chambre alors que est non fumeur. Très mal insonorisé et pas très propre. Je ne recommande pas. Propreté laisse à désirer et l’accueil également.

Efficient place to stay- walking distance to outlets. Affordable and has basics you need. Pool was clean, breakfast was the usual for hotel but enjoyable.

The breakfast was not the best

Staff super friendly especially Tristan. Great free breakfast and clean rooms. Great location for shopping and outdoor activities. Our family could walk to shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. I will definitely be back next year! Loved it !

Would stay again

Did not refelct the images that were online- was run down, our door didnt lock, could open without a keycard, they did not service out room, did not have clean towels.

It was filthy and beer bottles and cans at the entry to stairs to our room. A band aid was used to cover the peep hole in door, long black hair stuck to the wall of shower. The photo I was shown of the room we were getting was absolutely NOT what we got. I will never book here again.

Andy was great. Extremely helpful. Great management.

Only 1 minor problem was there were a number of fruit flies that were an irritation but not enough to cause me to feel negative about the room.

Good basic hotel. Our room was updated but some are not.

Nice property, clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was ok not to my expectations.. breakfast was not having more options.. the chain of flush was not working so I fixed by my own.

Air conditioning issues, after 2 calls someone came and got it going begrudgingly 🤔

Location is great, the turn into the parking lot can be killer. Bed was comfortable and AC was good. It was very dated. Trash was overflowing outside for 3 days before being picked up. Continental breakfast was very skimpy, got down around 930 and it was empty. No coffee. No housekeeping AT ALL. Even when we requested it. One day we requested it the night before for the following day, the following morning I went down for extra towels and to remind them we would like housekeeping, we returned around 4pm and no one had step foot in our room. Practically had to beg for towels, we started our stay with 2 large towels and 2 facecloths, do they really expect us to use one towel each all week??

So close to the outlets and restaurants. Nice pool that is indoors. Big rooms with nice shower and very clean.
