Value for cost was good having balcony outside room was great breakfast the next morning was great it was a pain getting the remote to work, no creamer or sugar for coffee but I bring my own, toilet was a little clogged when I got there no plunger in room, it was a little difficult parking my trailer could have spot for that with it being well lit, pools and hot tub was nice, outdoor cook out area was cool and play ground area pet friendly is really cool, info paper issued at check in was nice for directions and times of when stuff is open Lighting in the rooms could have been better Could have been a little cleaner found dead moth on floor Little flies in bathroom around sink

The location was the only good thing about it ! I stayed in the outside hotel rooms It was dirty , rooms weren’t clean enough. Was horrible. Was yellow stains on the lamps , room smelled bad . Was yellow stains on the box spring . Rug wasn’t vacuumed was dirt still on it & hand prints still on the windows . & the bathroom was just even worse literally found a fake nail on the floor & pee stains on the toilet , tub looked like wasn’t even touched to clean . I had to go get cleaning supplies which is crazy& bed sheets in order to sleep . For the amount of money u guys charge for this motel/hotel . Need to do a better job at cleaning , hire better cleaning staff that actually care enough to make ur business look good . Cuz it was disappointing & disgusting. . Will never stay here again , that’s disappointing to say cuz the way u take care of ur lobby the cleanliness, u should do the same with the rooms where the guest actually sleep in . When u take pictures of ur room when someone books make sure it’s not deceiving , don’t use the pictures of the inside hotel rooms for the outside hotel rooms . Just make sure all ur rooms are clean & looking nice !

Was an ok place to stay. When we arrive 1/2 past check in time the room was not ready. And then found milk in the refrigerator that had not been taken out. Seems like cleaning job was rushed. Also, beds were very low to the floor and was not advertised that it was like this.

The outside property looks clean and inviting. The inside is a horror story. Our room was dirty, food on the floor, unidentified grime on the bathroom floor, holes in the wall. The safe would not work and the toilet would not flush. When this was reported the front desk clerk she was rude and acted extremely bothered. We were offered another room, but the issue was it only had one light that worked & was not comparable to our original ( two queen beds) it was a cave. We went back to the front desk to let her know that it was unacceptable and she gave us keys to another room. This room was a lot smaller than our original and again had double beds ( we had two adults & two children) the beds in the room where platform beds approximately 10 inches off the floor , and the room had a horrible odor. With no choice we stayed in our original room. My husband fixed the toilet. The room next door to us was smoking cigarettes and the room below was smoking marijuana. ( which is illegal in Nee Hampshire.) our room smelled of both. We left for dinner and when we returned there was feces, YES feces down the entire hallway. The smell was so disgusting that my daughter then up. Our room smelled of feces, we opened our slider to the balcony ( with the broken handle ) to get air and then all we smelled was cigarettes, marijuana & feces. I was extremely kind, respectful and never once raised my voice when reporting any of these issues but nothing got resolved.

Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location.

The breakfast was delicious and many choices. The pool was beautiful.

I had been coming here since 1997 to 2019 (give or take a couple years ) and it’s so sad how badly kept it is ,it’s falling apart .the room was dirty .the bathroom was dirty ,their were ants on the counter and got into our food.the sofabed was dirty had food and raisins in the bed . The balcony was dirty ,wasn’t swept had dirty toenail clippings,the mirrors were dirty .there was no decent lighting they were so dim ,the counters and cabinet and sink have been there since the 90s never been replaced . I had to buy Lysol wipes to sanitize for my kids .its sad because it use to be so inviting and cozy ,all the charm is gone . It was a family tradition but I don’t think I’d stay again .

Rooms were dark and dingy. They all need an update. Not just in the room but the pool area as well. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 which we are early birds so wasn’t able to check that out.

Not much, it was cheap. The whole experience was awful. Multiple times our key cards stopped working, staff does not do a good job cleaning and the rooms are left dirty and mild dew feeling. There is a sense of a lot of moisture in the carpets which makes for a pretty awful walking experience. The bathrooms were run down and beat up, the bathroom fan didnt work and our sink plug was broken off. The AC didnt work either.

The pools, playground. Had my grandchild. Proximity to town and storyland. Appreciated the good breakfast.

The room carpet was dirty. The air conditioning was filthy. Breakfast was good. Staff was not in uniform you could not tell who was an employee and who was a guest.

The indoor pool was freezing. The lighting in the room so so bad you couldn't even see in your suitcase to unpack. The mattresses were so uncomfortable we couldn't even sleep.

Breakfast was great. For the cost of the room it's a great deal. And it's takes pets.

Check-in was a little difficult. Hostess was unclear and hard to understand. Rest of staff were great. As always had a great time and a great stay.
