The Green Granite North Conway, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Not their fault but I was in the shower and the light went off, turns out they lost power. The pools were very clean as well as the room.

There is too much to write regarding this place. DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed in room 28, it was absolutely disgusting. From the blood stains & boot marks on the walls to the mold physically growing on the bathroom walls to the pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. This room was literally a bio-hazard and we asked to be moved & were told there was nowhere else to put us as they were fully booked for the holiday weekend. The mattresses have to be over 10 years old as you feel every spring possible, the headboard & dresser look like they are from the 1980's and the stank smell of mold overpowers the entire room. For the price this place charges, you would think the owners would invest in proper upkeep and required renovations but clearly they do not think that's a necessity. What a waste of time & hundreds of dollars to stay in such a slum. If we werent there for a family recreation, I would have walked out immediately and drove back the 3 hours to home. Please, do NOT stay here. It is a complete disaster

This hotel for that money is perfect, they has two pools, hot tub, fitness room and such a beautiful foyer with stuffed animals for pictures. Room was clean, hotel need update, but for that price it is really good options, plus you have breakfast included, Staff very friendly.

Very clean room good location

The outside pool area was good. It was unlocked and had a hose running into it with a few weird light fixtures, but it was an outdoor pool on a hot day.

Location is great, staff was very friendly, Expected eggs with breakfast, floor in front of sink was a bit of a trip hazard.

It was close to the stores and the strip. It was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was clean. There was no shower curtain. There were beer caps and cigarettes everywhere on the lawn next to play area. My dog stepped on glass or a cap and was injured for our whole week. The floor was peeling up so it was sharp. Not just a small part. The whole thing.

It was a lot more run down then the pictures The room it showed me online looked nothing like the room I got. It wasn’t super clean. Online it looks way nicer than the whole place is.

The indoor + outdoor pools were nice. The included breakfast was as expected. Lots of choices and nice to have available.

Staff were very nice. Very old and run down. Would not stay there again.

We had stayed at this hotel previously (with good experiences) however I was beyond disappointed with my stay this past weekend. It was the first time I brought my 6 yr old daughter to a hotel and she was so excited for the trip…Upon arrival we found litter of trash and empty beer cars/bottles on our patio and in the surrounding bushes & the room next to us was clearly a party room. My daughter was a bit scared when we got there…The room looked like it hadn’t been really cleaned in a LONG time. The coffee table was covered in sand, the towels had someone else makeup stains on them. The floor was disgusting, we couldn’t walk barefoot on it. I had asked for the pullout couch to be setup and made before we arrived which it wasn’t and when I opened it up it was covered in left over potato chips. Someone did bring down sheets, but no blanket and didn’t even offer to make up the bed. We asked for them to come in daily to take the trash and bring fresh towels…this was never done, we had to flag down housekeeping to get fresh towels. The only decent thing about the room was the jetted tub in the bathroom & the shampoo/conditioner was nice. I voiced my concerns to the hotel and was basically told there was nothing they could do. The entire property feels very neglected & is in need of a deep cleaning & upgrade. We will not be returning to this hotel, there are MUCH nicer hotels in the area.

The place was fine. People were great but certain things could’ve been better. We picked this place because it was cheeper so I’m not disappointed, but a coat of paint on the porch wouldn’t hurt. Would recommend for a boys trip

We absolutely love staying here. Staff is incredible. The outside pool is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained convenient to all shopping areas. Can’t wait to go back.

Pas de carte pour demander que la chambre soit nettoyer. Demande de serviettes et jamais reçue. Nous avons dû aller les chercher nous même. Déjeuner était ok. Propre mais besoin de rénovations. Plancher brisé dans notre chambre. Porte patio très difficile à ouvrir. Je ne recommande pas.

We were looking forward to swimming and the outdoor pool wasn’t even filled. Will never stay here again. Very disgusting place
