Most guests seemed to be long-term residents rather than travelers. The hallways constantly smelled of marijuana. The family-run staff remained expressionless throughout our stay. At checkout, they even went to inspect the room in person, seemingly hoping to find a reason to keep the deposit.

staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here because we saw the high rating which I think now was made by friends. I had to change rooms because the first smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel has a terrible mold issue. The hallway smells and the rugs were wet. It was so bad, I couldn't stay there another night. I asked for a refund of the 3rd night but was told no. The woman at the desk was not helpful at all and in fact, wouldn't hold the luggage of my friend who was checking out but had to go to a funeral. I ended up staying at Extended Stay America which was EXCELLENT. Could not recommend it enough! Don't waste your money here.

Hallways and stairs were dirty. Elevator was broken. Pool is very small and it is NOT heated despite what the website says.

NOTHING I paid 291.78 for a 2 night stay for the pool for my grandkids..once checked in and made payment I was told pool was not working...I asked for a refund...lady started process of refund but told me my card was locked and not allowing the transaction...I showed her that my card was NOT locked and she became very rude with me saying there was nothing she could do...that it showed the refund declined ing...I NEVER got my money back and was treated very poorly...oh...and there was another guest waiting for me to get done so he could get his refund too for the very same reason...I need that money and now will have to go without for 2 weeks because they STOLE from me.

I stay here often when I travel to the area. It is located 10 minutes away from St. Louis along I64. Plenty of dining and shopping. I consider O'Fallon a safe place and have never had any trouble.

You get what you pay for.

Clean, our room had been taken care of, quiet Breakfast was cereal, bread, waffles and apples. Only protein was yogurt.
-
The price was good. The building had a bad smell to it and the building needs updates inside. They are in the process of painting the outside.

The room was nice but originally they had us on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator so asked to be moved to 1st floor because of luggage and young children. The indoor pool was old and the water was super cold. The breakfast was descent. Looks like they are in the process of remodeling. At present not worth the price.

I liked the in room amenities I found several hairs around the room that were not mine. Also only got 1 roll of toilet paper that wasn’t even a full roll and ran out on night 2. Called the front desk with no answer. I also didn’t like how the facilities maintenance was mowing early in the morning. The pillows definitely need replaced, they were mush and the bed was highly uncomfortable.

As we booked through Hotels.com the staff refused to accept our reservation even after talking with Hotels.com. I paid in full when booking and then the hotel made me pay again!!! They did not appear to understand the third party payment system. After a phone call Hotels.com was able to rectify the problem and we were refunded, the second charge. All was good in the end.
