We had a bad experience.

Good view on the ocean side, and surprisingly quiet since it’s in one of the further streets.

We was there for my daughter birthday and it was really nice clean the staff was very nice and helpful we will be staying again

The front staff was good any issues they came right away. Overall is was a good stay.

There’s no shampoo or soap that the only thing that I don’t like about.

The view was great. Nothing else was. Every electrical outlet was loose, so none of our plugs would stay plugged in. The TV wouldn't power on. The was an adjoining room door which allowed us to hear the young people carrying on next door all night. And 5 minutes before checkout they turned the water off so we couldn't use the bathroom one last time.

It was ok but, the love seat smelled like urine and female fluids. . Other than that it was ok.

The room had holes in the wall some kid of liquid on wall microwave was broke no water pressure and there was ants everywhere when I called front desk they said oh sorry

The location was excellent, and the oceanfront view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that I was unable to check out before 8:00 a.m.

Our tvs didn't work, the fridge was smaller than pictures, microwave was broken. The whole motel in general is run down and very ghetto. People drinking and smoking and blaring music in the parking lot and staff not caring about it. I can keep going on and on, I live near Philadelphia and this hotel felt like it couldve been a few blocks from Kensington. The only thing that was as advertised is the ocean view. If you can, spend a little more and get a better room at a different hotel. Literally every single hotel/motel around it is a better option

Nice view, motel is nice but a bit outdated.

Beach view was good.

We checked in at 3 PM. The room was supposed to be ready. We walked into the room; the floor was not swept, and there was a dead fly squashed on the wall by the beds. We pulled the bedspreads down on both beds, and the sheets on both beds were not made; it actually looked like someone had slept in the beds. I was not even offered a discount or anything. Management came up, picked the fly off the wall, and swept the floor. It used to be a nice, clean, and reasonably priced motel that we always stayed at. Hopefully, management will turn it back into what it used to be.

Mold growing in cabinets and bathroom, couch and furniture in the rooms are filthy dead roaches, and cabinet microwave not working properly refrigerator not working properly. Had to have it replaced in the middle of the night balcony door does not lock latch go up and down, but there’s nothing to hook it to in the wall to lock door showerhead full of mold, bathtub lining mold not a good experience. This hotel was not ready to receive guest for Memorial Day weekend 2026 pool on first floor in second building was not clean. Water was murky color. Not a good experience not worth the hassle.

The staff was friendly and helpful kitchen cabinets had mold growing in them. Bathroom tub was filthy. Also had black mold growing around the baseboard of the tub. Refrigerator had so much ice frozen in it that they couldn’t close it. Staff had to bring a new one microwave handle was broken off. Could not open microwave properly. Balcony door does not lock furniture very old construction everywhere. Hotel was definitely not ready for guest. I called front desk staff multiple times they did not want to issue any type of refund at all memorial day weekend 2026 very unsatisfied customer. Dead roaches in cabinet.

It was ok. Staff were very nice. Very outdated the room. More staff at our service

No breakfast included Could have had tails for the pool had to walk across the parking lot to get service they said that they had coffee and coffee pots and stuff in the room and they did not have anything in there and when we asked about it they told us they will try their best to get it but did not even try only thing they ever brought us was towels and wash rags and that's it and that was housekeeping housekeeping was great they were very nice but the rest of the people was not they did not even give us what we needed and for the price that we paid it was not really worth it and I would not go back again

Out origanal room were queen beds but they were doing maintenance in our room so we got upgraded to a suite but the beds were only full size

I am still waiting for my refund it's been weeks.
