Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites

Exceptional

Very good

Bed and pillows were comfy. Staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was hot and delicious with eggs, hash browns and a meat, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles. We especially liked the coffee machine that also offered lattes, cappuccino and espresso. It was a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. The only negative I could say was that some of the towels were worn and should be replaced. We liked it and would stay there again.

The mattress was uncomfortable

Bed was awful , mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Light fixture didn’t work in room Had to wait on staff (about 10 minutes) at check in . Breakfast was Ok Parking was good

Staff was great. Breakfast was great variety. The hotel Was very clean. Slight mildew smell in the room but not off putting. Overall a really great value! Felt safe and clean. And quick access to everything we needed.

Staff was very nice, room was clean….which is a must….breakfast was good and a staff member to help if we had any questions. Plenty of parking.. last minute reservation was terrific. Our home air conditioning went out and at the last minute needed to find some place to stay.

Great hotel and location. I would stay again.

The room was big and clean. The a/c worked well and the TV was better than most cuz we could log into our apps and watch the shows we like. Shower was great.

Nice and clean Breakfast should be a bit longer

Clean beds were comfortable to sleep in Breakfast should be a little bit longer

Hotel was lovely. They were currently refurbishing the foyer. It was obvious they have been refurbishing it and it looks really good

Friendly staff

they were Remoderling the front by the office other the that it was fine

Excellent service rooms is clean the bed mattress, comfy walk in shower,

My room was nice, the front office was under renovation but the staff was nice and helpful

Location & people loved! overall stay was great and would go back. Quite even with construction going on. Not busy at all and that’s a huge plus for me. No area to smoke my medicine. Had to walk. the pillows sucked so bad. Towels were small not adult size at all

Excellent place to stay and recently renovated. Reasonable rates too! Will be back!

Can’t be helped and it will only get better… but there was lots of renovating going on right at the lobby and front hallway.

We stay here often. The location is very close to family and it feels safe. Can’t be helped and it will only get better… but there was lots of renovating going on right at the lobby and front hallway.
