Comfort Suites Meridian and I-40

The rooms are always clean and the air conditioner is awesome. Excellent breakfast and the price can’t be beat.

There wasn’t any circulation in the room and it was extremely musty and damp feeling.

Great hotel close to everything. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was good and clean rooms.

Had issues with TV and cable. Staff replaced remote but did not resolve issue.

Everything was clean. The lobby was continuously being mopped and smelling nice, no matter what time we walked in. Outside appearance was nice and kept.

I was able to park my car in a good location outside the front entrance. There was a set of guests that parked their explorer in front of the main door for security reasons. The room was comfortable for a night. There are not many satisfactory food options in the area, however, the Greek restaurant across the street was good This is in a rough spot. It is right off the highway, but there is a huge transient population all along this road which gives a feeling of insecurity. Checking in was a bit weird with a young woman laying on the floor behind the counter and the person at checkout was spitting chewing tobacco into a can

Great omelette!! Coffee cans were empty on several occasions.

This was a great hotel that we stayed at once before. (Clean rooms, spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast). It was a little bit noisy as we could hear traffic outside and anything happening in the hallway.

Great staff, both checking in and out. Very friendly and professional.

Shower was awesome. Room and bed were good. You could hear air coming thru the window all night long. Could not sleep without holding pillow against your ear. We checked the window and it would not open or shut therefore we could not get the sound to stop. Made it very had to sleep. In the morning there was no regular coffee available in breakfast area or lobby. My husband has to have his coffee.

The allegedly heated pool (advertised as such) which was not heated. The lemon-infused water looked lovely; I wish they’d had done in the morning. They didn’t have any regular coffee before breakfast was served, only decaf. So a few big disappointments. If Wi-Fi hadn’t been usable, I may have gone homicidal.

The staff was very helpful and our room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Facility was clean, room was spacious.
