Très bonne position. Très bien entretenu. Vue et accès direct à la mer. Propriétaire présente au service des clients. Piscine intérieure disponible.

Location was fabulous! Close to everything. Beach was right at the end of the short street. The staff was super accommodating. The property is well maintained for an older property. Would stay again and recommend.

When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us.

Everything was nice, clean, close to all attractions We had a very loud family above us and heard all their foot traffic

Very clean and great location Price

The property was clean and had the perfect view of the water. It was spacious enough for our family to enjoy our vacation with the comforts of home.

Beautiful! The owner was absolutely wonderful. The place was so clean and the pull out sofa was so comfortable!!!! Love how close to the beach and how accommodating the owner was.

Besides the floors being so dirty it turned out bare feet black, two window screens knocked out and another with a hole in it ( couldn’t open windows due to bugs) and only provided a single fork and spoon for amenities, the location was great, beach access convenient and beach chairs were provided. The price was much higher than what was provided but that’s on us, we booked later and everything closer to the center was booked

Able to walk on the beach almost outside our door.?& close to shops, food etc. Our windows did not lock. The ones by the door. I was a little anxious about that.

Lack of privacy

Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either.

This is the ONLY place we ever stay @ while visiting/vacationing Old Orchard Beach. We have stayed in many other hotels/motels over the past 2 decades.... and will ONLY stay here nothing
