Perfect spot

Honestly, this place was good to stay at if you’re not spending any time in your room at all. The TV was tiny, also there were a lot flaws apparent in our room. There were cracks in the brick walls, the kitchen fan would squeal the whole time we had it on and the screen door was ripped on the sliding glass door. Not to mention the door wasn’t easy to slide open. We could hear our neighbor downstairs, throwing up in the morning and could hear the kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. The train was one of the worst things so if you want a good night’s rest, I wouldn’t stay that close to the railroad. The time we stayed in the summer was super hard to find parking spots close to our upstairs room.

The location is perfect. It is just steps away from the center.

The room was under construction and falling apart. No electricity by the bed. No hot water the first day. That was fun!

Hair dryer in the room didn't work. We forgot our $300 dyson hair dryer there and they claim they never saw it.

Location is convenient, we stay here almost once a year. It's a beach town motel so it is exactly what you would expect. This year we forgot a $300 hairdryer in the room and the hotel "hasn't seen it" so we may not continue to stay there with such dishonesty

We stayed in the main building but my mother stayed in the new “being renovated” condos and the WiFi would not work. No cell service or WiFi at all, and tv connection would not work. Very unfortunate and unsafe. There are exposed wires and the smell of fresh paint was pungent. I can definitely see the potential and once they are fully finished they will be nice I’m sure. The location is unbeatable. Nice hot water and plenty of towels. The pool was well cleaned and overall in good condition. It was a great place to stay at during my bachelorette weekend- will be back for years to come.

The beds were broken and uncomfortable. The shower pipes were broken. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

It was 5 minutes away from the beach!

The location was fantastic. Just a very short walk to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to do. The room was very clean, and I thought it was an excellent value for a two-bedroom unit with a full kitchen so close to the beach. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were able to park directly in front of our room, which made unloading very convenient. There is also a pool on the property, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. The biggest downside was that it was a pain to find electrical outlets that worked to charge our devices. The Wi-Fi was also very spotty and only seemed to work well in one area of the room. While there were a few cosmetic things like small paint touch-ups and gaps that could be improved, they didn’t affect our stay or bother us personally.

The pool was great for my family. The room was large enough we didn't feel like we were all crammed in a room & the distance to all the amenities was perfect even with my 5 year old walking to and from! Great experience. There really wasn't much that could have been better in my experience.

The pool, the location, the air conditioning and the staff being helpful. The stairs without edge railings to the upper walls, the sofa mattress as thin and uncomfortable and toilet not flushing properly as handle turned backwards.
