Excellent location The room/rooms definitely need up grades. The beds are old and the sides of the bed were stained. The bedspreads were also old, was not very inviting. There was not enough room for four people to even sit. The fabric chair in the room was old and stained! The rooms looked very nice on line but they did not look like that in person. Being right there at the beach was great! We expected the room to be much better for the price we paid.

The kids loved the pool and play area. Over all nice place. The beds where very uncomfortable. And soda machine had zero drink options all sold out

Loved the convenient location to the pier and palace playland, clean indoor pool and hot tub and perfect location to a beautiful beach. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Access to grills and a small playground area for the kids. The double beds were a bit small and not that comfortable

Location was close to everything. Right at the beach with a beautiful view. The room wasnt clean. Dirty linen balled up on bed, beds were not made up so we had to do it ourselves. Old food on the floors.

Great location directly on the beach, spacious room, easy parking and great staff Only complaint is that the air conditioner was full of mold.

We needed a place for one night. The room/bathroom was clean…pool was clean and in excellent condition, beach is right there and short walk to Pier. It was super quiet at night which I didn’t expect because of all the families there with little ones. A nice place to stay. Owner is super kind and accommodating. Free popcorn and coffee in the office all day! It’s a little dated and the drawers were musty smelling. None of this bothered us.

The room was very clean, and I enjoyed the beach in a small town. The front desk person was cool. The beds could have used a layer of memory foam, or something to make them slightly more comfortable. Also, the thermostat was on the heater, and it made room temp slightly off.
