Executive Motel

The room was spacious and clean. The owner/staff was gracious and welcoming. Location was perfect for quiet days and active nights. Very close to the center but still got to have a quiet day relaxing by the pool. Overall a good hotel. Nothing to note. It was a good quality room for the location and price. Needs some updating but the ownership is new and is working on doing that. If it is the same next year, I may have a different review.

Many of the pillows had a plastic wrap that made it sound like I was sleeping on bags of doritos. One of the 4 pillows did not have that issue so I used just that one.

Location Room was too small paid for a king size bed got a twin size air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the small room the wi fi was non existent

They guy arranged a crib really fast In on hour we have it. Close to the rail station.

This is an exceptional location. Close to beach and downtown. Owners are very accommodating and our housekeeper Wendy is exceptional. She has been there for decades and treats us like family. We come every year and always stay here Parking spaces can be tight if there a a lot of large SUVs

They are so accommodating let us park our cars and we’re able to enjoy the beach while they got are rooms ready which never happens anywhere. Been going there for at least 10 years and always very satisfied. Only complaint is the plastic pillow covers.

On the second floor the train out back is quite loud.

Convenient near everything The train that goes by that’s right outside your bedroom window . That shakes the whole room .

Love the location

Close to the beach When we walking in the room there was a horrible smell of mildew/mold . It was so bad I didn't think I could stay the whole time.. then we found a chair that was covered in mold and there was sand on the beds and food marks all over the wall there was an ashtray at our door with cigarettes in them from the maid . We have been going here for three years never had any complaints as soon as I walked into the room, I said there must be new owners, and we asked the front desk. There was new owners.

Plastic pillow cases. Lots of smoking outside even though rooms were non smoking
