Ideal location Near everything and right on the beach

The room was just okay. A big hump in the floor, not sure why. The staff at the desk was lovely. Parking was good. We will be back!

The ocean view and beach access were incredible. The kids enjoyed the pool also, because the water was a little cool. The staff was beyond great, offering an upgraded room for a small fee. Walking distance to absolutely everything.

Very clean and close proximity to the beach, the pier and amusement park. We were able to walk to dinner every night. Nothing really….it could be updated, but it was fine for our family.

Location is perfect , Close to the pier , clean , pleasant staff ! Pool is clean :) . The sheets were rough, and maybe pulled up , scratchy feeling . The pool is very small, in a small room, parking is not good .

The room was a bit small. The pool was also small. I didn’t like the parking spot either. It was quite small and tight. We had a hard time trying to get out of our spot and were also afraid that someone might hit our car. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t what I was expecting.

Having a beachfront second-floor room was perfect! It has been a long time since we've been back, and we will now come more often. The downside of the stay was the loud music coming from a venue near the pier that played until 0100 am every night, which was very annoying.

Sheets need to be replaced ?very uncomfortable next to your skin!

Only qualm was the pool area needs updating and ceiling paint. It was clean, but worn

There’s nothing I can think of that I didn’t like.

Location. The A/C unit didn't work properly and would turn off in the middle of the night. We woke every morning to a hot, uncomfortable room. This happened over and over, and the front desk acted as though we were lying when we brought this to their attention. Also, when we checked in we were told there was no daily house cleaning unless requested, which we're fine with, but fresh towels would be delivered outside our room each morning. Unfortunately, that delivery never happened. When we asked for fresh towels at the front desk we were again met with denial and confrontation instead of any attempt to simply provide dry clean towels.
