Beau Rivage Motel

The room size, cleanliness, supplies provided, and the kitchenette were very convenient. The cable selection was not great. At the rates that are being charged an better selection for viewing should be provided. Other wise, parking for large vehicles is in short supply and the spaces that are considered big enough for large truck, etc are tight. Location was great and staff were helpful and friendly.

Such a great experience for my family and I! The staff were phenomenal and we had such a blast in the pool and hot tub! We also shared so many laughs and memories in our room during the morning rain! The walking distance to the pier made this the best experience I’ve had so far in OOB. Can’t wait to stay again!!!!!

Parking is tight. It's old. I actually enjoy the train going by at night. It's got some wear and tear, scuffs, dings, and age related stains. It's all reasonable and exactly what is advertised. Very nice people. Great place. Would stay again anytime.

Constant noise from room above us. Could not open window for fresh air; room next to us on each side had smokers whom smoked outside of room 4 ft from our window on each side ....cigarette smoke billowing in constantly. Room very old & smelled of musty mildew. Black mold on caulking along shower. Repeatedly had to ask for fresh towels each day. Bed older then god & hard as a rock. Never would recommend this over priced old falling down motel.....

Staff was friendly. Nice enough facility It was right next to the railroad tracks. Train comes by all day and night and keeps you awake

It was a well-maintained property, although the last night we were there the hot tub wasn't hot and it had been wonderful previously. Their towels are lousy, but other than that, it was very enjoyable. The room had a table and 2 chairs and outside the door there were 2 chairs and an end table. The bed was great, but I did have a problem getting up there - it's very high up and I'm short. The shower was GREAT! You can adjust the pressure. If you want sun in the AM or PM, ask for one or the other. We had sun in the AM and it was nice sitting outside drinking our coffee. There's a BBQ area with picnic tables in the back. It IS very close to the railroad tracks, which wasn't too bothersome, but a little annoying. Close and walkable to restaurants, bars and the little carnival they have. The beach is just across the street and down a dead-end road. Like a block away. It was nice and I would recommend it.

Points forts : - Emplacement: à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et 10 minutes à pieds de la rue Principale et du Pier où se trouve les restaurants et manèges. - Place de stationnement réservé pour chaque client. - Jacuzzi, sauna et piscine très propres (piscine eau froide) et toilette près de la piscine. Également plusieurs chaises longues et plusieurs tables et chaises autour de la piscine. - grand frigidaire et micro-onde dans la chambre. - café Keurig dans l'office. - 2 chaises et table devant notre chambre. - Serviettes blanches et neuves et pas tâchées. - Plusieurs tables offertes sur une terrasse pour souper dehors. - Très bonne pression d'eau pour la douche et la toilette. - Beau lever de soleil sur la plage. POINTS FAIBLES: - Matelas vraiment pas confortables et très vieux et mous. - Train bruyant qui passe quelques fois même la nuit juste derrière l'hôtel. - Vraiment pas très bien insonorisé, nous entendons les pas des gens du haut.

Loved the staff they were so kind and helpful, also highly enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna AC was broken it was a hot night, but they did offer us another room which we declined. That’s on us

Wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, great location, and the sauna was nice! Hot tub wasn’t really warm enough, room needed updating and a little better cleaning.
