Beau Rivage Motel

The motel staff repeatedly changed our assigned parking spot throughout our stay, which made parking extremely frustrating and inconvenient. They clearly did not handle the situation with diligence and did not seem concerned about providing us with adequate service or resolving the issues we experienced.

Great spot. Fair price . Staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean .

No housekeeping to be seen for 3 days. Only staff was in office no kitchen had a small refridgerator with micro ontop keurig ontop of that. Did not go to hot tub. Bed was terrible neck and backach 3 days

Onsite outdoor pool Jacuzzi and sauna nice rooms and kitchenette beach across the street would definitely go back

staff, clean, spacious, jaccuzi and pool, close to the beach and they have an ice machine :) they double the usual price because it was busy :(

We checked in and noticed right away that the comforter on one of the beds had stains on it. The beds were not very comfortable and sheets didn’t stay on bed from being worn out. My daughter rented a room and was like 4 rooms away and we saw a cockroach on balcony in front of her room. The next day as we were getting ready to check out she saw a cockroach in her room! We talked to check in clerk and the manager was supposed to call us and never did!

I love the location and the staff. The room smelled of really bad cigarette smoke. The bathroom could have used a scrubbing. This was our third time staying. So I was a little surprised

La proximité de la plage et du centre ville it perfect. La petite cuisine dans la chambre est très utile. L'eau de la piscine était très froide. L'insonorisation est pas tres bonne. On entendait beaucoup de bruit partout.

It was very close to the beach and there was a Jacuzzi The train horn at 3 AM

The location was not bad, the common area was nice but it was blocked by the top of the building the hot tub is in. The bedding was not washed or turned over. They did not clean or take out trash or replenish items in between days. We had to get our own toilet paper and towels. The floors were dirty and there was stains on everything

Les lits étaient confortables malgré le plancher pas au niveau. L’employé nous a donné l’autorisation de se garer avant le Check-in. Un bac à glaçons est disponible. Les chambres assez bien équipées pour se cuisiner des repas. Les chambres au rez-de-chaussée sont mal insonorisées à cause des gens dans les chambres du premier étage. Le stationnement derrière la piscine est difficilement accessible. L’eau de la piscine était froide. La zone des barbecues n’est pas direct avec les chambres.

The location was great and the pool was private from the road. We enjoyed being able to use a grill. We were able to purchase food at a local grocery store to grill out. having to pay for an extra bed and it being a blow up mattress. Although they offered a hand pump which would have been convenient is we decided to get the extra "bed"

I like the proximity to the beach, the amenities they provide and they are always very cleanly and friendly. I could not get a decent connection to the WiFi from inside my room.
