Great location. Staff was friendly. Room was good size.

Also the mattress was limit to be changed! I’m surprise for the price level of this unit. At least it was clean!

Got the king jacuzzi room. Supposed to be nice, well we got there and the AC was unbearably cold. Turned it down and then we soon found out why. Was anything above 64 degrees the room would be entirely wet from condensation or something I have no idea. And that was not with the jacuzzi on. You had to wipe your feet with a towel before you climb into bed the floors were so wet. Something is wrong. When told at the front desk they said okay we'll take a look at it. So paid all the money for an experience like this? I'll be sure to leave other feedback on my experience, they did not offer anything at all to compensate for such a bad stay. I would not recommend to anyone especially for the price.

Close to downtown but not right on top of it!! Makes it alot quieter! Parking is tight.

Nice place. The jacuzzi tub was nice. I wish there could be more amenities. A continental breakfast would have been nice.

Super clean, great water pressure, everything works Parking lot is very tight. There are also train tracks right behind the property, with trains passing several times a night - very loud.

All around amazing. 2nd time booking here and we just love it. We definitely think its one of the top places to stay in OOB Def needs some updates to the bathroom. The vents are especially loud.

There was nothing in the rooms like blow dryers, a phone to call the office. The outlets did not even have covers on them. Found trash underneath the dressers. The furniture was very old and the smoke alarms were not working. Right, made the fire department come there. Then, they decided to tell me that someone was smoking. In the room and the fire department told me that that was not the reason they had been their previous times before.

Close to the beach across from the store. Nice comfy cozy rooms with kitchenette, porch sitting area. Shared pool access to Beaumont. The bath tub wouldn’t fill drain was broken. Trash bags provided were very cheap and kept breaking. Need to upgrade tj the next bag up. If you have better bags . More hotel goers are more like to clean up after themselves if it easier to do so with thick plastic bags.

Proximity to beach Parking is horrible, smelled like marijuana everyday- if that’s your thing then stay here- if not then be ready. Lighting was also an issue. One very small table lamp.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t see or have a hot tub think you may need to book that room specifically howeverrrrr everything else was absolutely fantastic staff was cool everyone was kind will be back in the future

The staff was exceptional. We had a little issue with our heat pump leaking and they took care of us right away moving us to a different room. Everyone was very helpful. The location is perfect since it’s only a short walk to everything. And the beach is directly across the street.

Perfect and convenient location There was some loud obnoxious guests fighting in the parking lot at like 2am.

I liked that it was very close to the beach and the pier The room was okay, dim, not much lighting, the floor was dirty, and the room smelled like cigarettes
