Perfect place for an on the beach vacation in OOB

This was 2nd time here. We love the family feel of this location. The location is perfect. There are barbeques to use, picnic tables overlooking the ocean and lounge chairs. Also kids sand toys. The staff is all friendly and the flowers around are well tended.

Loved the staff , location and patio seating area My box spring in room 18 , first bed was definitely broken. You couldn’t move with awful sounds waking others. Bathroom is tight but over all very good

The property was close to the beach and in walking distance to the pier and restaurants. It was super clean and beds were really comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to keep our car parked after checkout so we could spend a few more hours at the beach. Would definitely go back

Proximity to where we wanted to be Nothing

It was easy access to the beach and to shopping and places to eat we’d love that Nothing no complaints

Front desk staff was super nice! Room was remodeled nicely, just had an odd smell. But not so bad that I wouldn’t stay there again. The location was great! Short walk to the pier and plenty to do within walking distance… Maybe refresh the carpet

There was nothing i did not dislike!

Property was extremely close to the beach and the staff was friendly and inviting. Room was clean and bright! You could hear the guests upstairs.

Wonderful views of the Ocean and easy beach access. Entire staff was extremely nice. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Beautiful walking beach

Thats on the beach and you have a beach view. And also that everything is in walking distance to restaurants and the pier. That’s little outdated, but that’s only cosmetic.

The location was fantastic with it being right on the beach and within walking distance of the pier. The staff was also very friendly. There were nice amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and sink. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear people outside talking very easily and smell smoke of anyone smoking outside. The bathroom was also very tiny but worked just fine for a short stay.
