The Skylark Beach Inn

Close to the pier and beach Way over priced, the room I booked looked totally different from the pictures and less beds than pictured. There were no paper towels to use and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable definitely not worth the price they make you pay.

Location was absolutely amazing right on the beach!! The beds were very uncomfortable with me having a bad back it was not for me and I was in so much pain.

Location was great ,right on the beach and a short walk to shopping and food. Beds were a little too firm for my taste,but perfect for my wife who has back problems.

What an amazing place and Rhonda is awesome to work with. Everything was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked with eveything you need. The view was more than exceptional and the location was perfect. Ive been staying in OOB for 28 yrs and this place blew my mind. Can't say enough... Can't wait to go back! ?

The shades in the bedrooms were not very dark, so the rooms were a bit bright.

Front burner on stove didnt work. Fan in bathroom noisy

Right on the beach! Very clean! Beds were very comfortable! Didn't like the shower head! It worked fine had good pressure but wish it had been handheld instead of fixed

No shampoo, conditioner or lotion or hair dryer

The room was super clean, spacious & convenient with a kitchenette. Kelly was super nice and accommodating.The cleaning staff were excellent. I would highly recommend Skylark Beach Inn! Can’t think of anything ☺️

There was an older woman who we checked in with, she seemed rude from the start. Then our tun wasn't draining (from the start), we asked for some assistance fixing the issue and was met with pure frustration and anger from this woman because there was some sand around the base of the tub from my children 3 under the age of 4 showering after a long day at the beach and the water wasn't draining so the sand stuck to the sides of the tub. She told me all my children should strip outside before entering the room and thay we had no respect and that I needed to teach my children manners because my one year old dropped some cereal and I asked for a broom to clean it up. After I got defensive she changed her attitude and was more pleasant but by that time she completely insulted me and my children. I was taken back by her behavior.

Great place to stay. The suite was clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Owner was super pleasant. Highly recommended N/A

Great location with nice patio facing the ocean front. No swimming pool, but not that big a deal with direct oceanfront location.

Location was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful and friendly! The bunk bed in the room was extremely rickety so we didn't dare let our child sleep on the top bunk. Just some tightening of screws and it would be all set. The people above us were extremely loud until almost midnight. I'm assuming it was children because it was loud thumping above our heads. This is at no fault of the hotel. Just a nuisance.

Beach front and caught a nice sunrise. Close enough to the pier. Run down like most properties in the area, front desk was able to provide a very old hairdryer but it didn’t work, shut off every 3 seconds.

Breakfast? The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, the room was clean. It was fine. Reasonably priced motel.

Close proximity to beach and downtown Price was high but it’s prime season at OOB so they were comparable

Perfect view of ocean, beach literally right there. It was beautiful We didnt get fresh towels on the last night.
