This is a very new hotel so it was in excellent shape. There was also lots of storage in the room - shelves are fantastic, especially for a place designed for long-term stays. The bed was comfortable, the HVAC was excellent, and we appreciated the full-size fridge. The staff were unhelpful, and in fact somewhat condescending when they couldn't do what we asked. Normally no one was at the front desk, needed to ring a bell. We reported minor problems and the hotel never fixed them, even though we were there 10 days. The kitchenette was poorly appointed (no forks, minimal cookware). We didn't like the sliding bathroom door nor the motion-sensitive light in the bathroom. There was no coffee available, and we had to ask to get additional pods for the room.

It was clean and close to 1-10 freeway Soon as we got there, we were stuck on the third floor. The elevator was out of order for two whole days of my stay I actually miss my son‘s wedding!

The location I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, what should have been a comfortable stay with my children became a very stressful and concerning experience. The first room I was assigned had a significant amount of dog or cat hair throughout the room. I have allergies, and the condition of the room caused my allergies to flare up severely. I eventually woke up in the middle of the night with an extremely itchy throat and difficulty swallowing, which was frightening and could have potentially resulted in a medical emergency. I contacted the hotel staff and asked whether the room could be thoroughly cleaned. I was told that housekeeping might be able to get to it. I waited several hours, but no one came to clean the room. I returned to the front desk to ask when I could reasonably expect housekeeping to address the issue. The manager told me she did not know and that it might be a while. Because of the severity of my allergic reaction, I asked whether I could be moved to another room. I was told that the hotel did not have another room available that could accommodate me and my children. I then contacted customer service, and, to their credit, they were able to get me moved to another room in less than 20 minutes. At that point, I was relieved and felt that the situation had finally been resolved. Unfortunately, the problems continued. Around 3:00 a.m., I was awakened by extremely loud noises, banging, and screaming coming from the hotel. The sounds were concerning enough that they appeared to involve what sounded like a physical altercation. I attempted to contact the front desk but could not get anyone to answer. I contacted customer service again, and they were eventually able to reach someone at the front desk. I explained what I was hearing, and the staff member told me that they would check on the situation. I am not sure when anyone actually responded because the noise continued until after 4:00 a.m.

The location was good. We did not have breakfast. The damage deposit should be reimbursed much sooner than 14 days. You are quick to take our money, but very slow in returning it.

There was no one in the front when I tried to check into my hotel and when the front desk person came after waiting 25 minutes, he had an attitude.

The property was nice and clean Just the cleaning schedule for the room but I understand it was because it was an extended stay

Decent room, funky hallway smell. Tried to charge me $10 for parking when reservation said it was included. Also not informed f any amenities at check in.
