Service, amenities and value exceeded expectations. Hotel was clean, well equipped; old world charm meets modern luxury. Felt like the old standard I used to expect while traveling pre-Covid has returned. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was beautifully decorated, nicely maintained and the staff was extremely helpful throughout the stay, especially Heath at the front desk!

Ambiance was luxury. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The only negative I have is there was no microwave available to patrons to reheat food.

Check in girl was great! Valet was nice and fast.. only thing I felt bad for the bartender by the pool.. there’s bees swarming around while she makes drinks.. I will definitely stay there again! Decor was amazing as well..

Great location. Clean property. Enjoyed the roof top pool & jacuzzi. Breakfast was good & filling.

Staff and amenities provided were great, biggest drawbacks were the bass coming from the pool lounge throughout most of the day and being woken up by doors slamming in the middle of the night. Dinner and Breakfast were great but there were items missing from our breakfast order (ordered room service).

The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants and lake Eola. Perfect for walking. We will be back.

It is beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are nice as well. The pool is nice. I was there for a short time and went to the pool at 9am on a Monday but it wasn’t open until 11. I had no other plans that day than to relax by the pool so it was a bit disappointing to have to wait.

My only disappointment was that they didn’t have a proper overhead shower they only had a hand held one.

Great property that is near the Dr. Phillips Center. Food is limited and pricey, but very good though.

The TV in our room did not work, the sink had issues, and the bathtub also had problems. I called to report these issues, but when the handyman came, he basically told us there was nothing he could do. Nothing was fixed, and both my wife and I were very upset that our concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, my room card did not work at the bar area. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the bartender escorted me to the front desk in a way that made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, almost like I had done something wrong. That experience was humiliating and completely unnecessary. This was supposed to be a special anniversary trip for us, but it turned into a very frustrating experience. I am very disappointed with how everything was handled, and next time I will definitely make different arrangements.
