Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool needed to be cleaned (found a dead water bug). All in all 4.5 stars.

Second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I absolutely loved my stay! The breakfast was always delicious, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect—super close to Universal. Everything was convenient and comfortable, which made our trip even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was a great hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, too. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I visit Orlando.

Clean property with daily maintenance. Serves a decent breakfast with hot and cold items. The property does smell of mildrew and a little dated. However, overall a good choice with close proximity to Universal.

Hot breakfast Tub faucet was coming off, they couldn't give us a chair for the tub. My daughter broke her ankle and couldn't put pressure on it. When i called 2 times to question a scooter on the bus I was told it was ok but when we got there was told it couldn't go on the bus. We ended up driving ourselves to Universal. They need to communicate better.

Lady at breakfast. She was so sweet. The manager walked into our room without knocking or making her presence known! That was absolutely inappropriate. She was lucky none of us was naked!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the pool and fitness area was great. There was plenty of parking . I’ll definitely come back when we visit next time.

I stayed for 3 night at first and extended for 1 more night, during that period everything was good except the bed sheets and pillow covers, those were not changed for whole stay that supposed to change within two days of use but that didn't happen.
