Wingate by Wyndham Convention Ctr Closest Universal Orlando

The region and structure of the hotel. 24 services and the free parking Simple breakfast without different options. I reported a black cap that went missing from the room, and I didn't receive the necessary support.

1st room we were given the A.C didn't work. The hotel just needs to be renovated. Couch in the lobby has holes and tears all over it , carpets need to be heavily cleaned or replaced, needs to be repainted by professionals, looks like a 15 year old painted .

Bathroom was a little out of date and rust around shower tub.

Location. The pool had broken cement in the bottom and leaves floating in the water, there was also trash under the broken tables and chairs. My husband found the beds to be awful, I thought the pillows were awful, everything in the room was old and needed refurbishing. The free breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, but the breakfast was terrible.

All was great, great location definitely will stay again

Front desk very professional , courteous , and helpful A1

Ac was not adequate.

The room was clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was okay.

Good

Amazing hotel staying again!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! Location to universal studios cant be beat! The front desk staff is super friends as always

Great Location for solo or a group . Check in was easy . Free parking helps . Property a little run down not as clean as last time I stayed here .. the room was cozy could have been cleaner ( bathroom had more on ceiling ) .. but for 2 days was ok

No issues good value, good location, breakfast was ok and 30 mins prior to closing was out of food.

Overall, this was a good stay for the price. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a simple stay. The front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. It’s more of a practical, no-frills property rather than a luxury or upscale experience. The rooms and overall design are fairly basic, so it’s a great option if you’re mainly looking for somewhere clean and affordable to sleep, shower, and continue with your plans for the day. Breakfast was also simple with basic options, but perfectly fine for a quick meal before heading out. Overall, it offers good value for the price, especially if cleanliness, affordability, and friendly service are your main priorities.

The property is well maintained, the room was clean and updated. Free continental breakfast was adequate, but most of all I appreciate the free on-site parking. Most hotels in this area charge a $20 a day parking fee. I would stay at this hotel again.

room was very nice Breakfast could be better and also stay open longer as most people on holiday like to relax.

Excelent reception service, clean room Poor breakfast buffet, almost empty and air conditioned jn room wasn’t cooling enough

Superb

The rooms were large and quiet. The air conditioner was a life saver. The property was close to the parks and malls. Would stay here again.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly but This hotel is old…everything needs to be updated. Shower tiles were cracked and had mold in them, the breakfast offered less than all other hotels nearby. And one of the worst aspects was that we booked this hotel based on the knowledge that it had a Free Universal Shuttle, however….it only from the hotel once in the morning at 8:30am and to the hotel once more at 5:30pm, hardly times that one would want or need the shuttle for?
