Nice hotel, super-clean, beds made every day. The staff was great, Peter at the front desk and others were very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The room is clean, if they can improve the lighting in the bathroom it will a lot better. The breakfast is good, the fresh self make waffle is delicious! The location is convenient to the places that I want to visit!

Front desk staff was great, a pleasure to deal with. Room was clean and bedding with nice pillows. Breakfast was like in any other hotel, not crazy with their hot items. Free parking is a plus.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Universal Studios and within walking distance. The hotel itself was okay, but it felt dated and could use some updates. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing—probably one of the worst we’ve experienced. The selection was extremely limited, with no yogurt available, only bananas for fruit, and the sausage looked less than appetizing.

The front desk staff was great. The breakfast attendants were not the best. They didn’t clean regularly. So there was dried up syrup and waffle batter on the counter. Some of the tables were dirty. They did a terrible job at replenishing the food. Breakfast is over at 10am. If you went down at 9:40 there would be no eggs, no sausage, and no waffle batter. There was one day most people ate cereal and donuts because that’s all was left. I spoke to an attendant about more eggs. She speaks to me in Spanish and points to breakfast hours sign. And then she walks away. It was 9:50 and I don’t speak Spanish. I mentioned this twice. And spoke to the front desk about this twice. If breakfast is over at 10, why is there no food at 9:40?

Nora at the front desk was amazing. Love this hotel.

Beside the pool, everything else was perfect! The pool need some attentions, in term of cleaning well maintain. Also, I was scared to be in the pool because of a closed sight noticed Aligators and snakes nearby.

Staff were amazing, room was nice and beds comfortable. Fridge included. Good location., breakfast included too. Nothing, was a nice hotel.

Staff at the front desk Staff over the breakfast wasn’t considered of guests that were still in the eating area. Even though it was 11, the least they could have done was ask was everyone finished.

Great hospitality and friendly staff. Nice and clean room and bathroom. Definitely will be back. I will recommend everyone.
