Excelente.!! Lo unico que deben mejorar es añadir al buffet y al cuarto una opcion de Cafe mucho mas fuerte que la que tienen para todos aquellos que venimos de otras partes del mundo que nos gusta asi. Tuve que comprar un colador de tela y Cafe (harina) para hacerme mi propio Cafe antes de Bajar al desayuno ya que el Cafe es muy aguado en el cuarto y en el buffet,por lo demas todo excelente, espero lo arreglen pronto

Todo en hotel estaba en perfectas condiciones, limpio y cómodo. Solo mejoraría las opciones del menú de desayuno.

Break fast was minimal. Mini bagels and mini donuts. Cold cereal and the scrambled eggs were not very appealing. Swimming was big enough to keep the kids busy but small. Plenty of restaurants close by. Price to stay was better than most.

The shower in our room ran HOT (almost scalding). It was great because we even had a microwave and mini fridge in the room! There’s an IHOP, KFC and Taco Bell right across the street from the hotel. And within walking distance, there are other restaurants and even a walgreens! A few downsides: the hotel didn’t have full sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner to use, but the front desk gave us multiple little ones once we asked for them. The floor in the room was carpeted and you could see a lot of wear and tear in it already. It definitely needs to be replaced. Also, you could hear the noise from outside very easily, almost like a window was open. They have a shuttle service to Universal but it only runs at 8:15am (to get there) and 5:30pm (and to get back). They don’t run at any other time, so if you miss those times you have to taxi or Uber back to the hotel. It was a comfortable stay all together.

We were close to the universal parks, the breakfast was good, and the free shuttle to the parks worked very easily!

Everything about it was convenient and great! After we checked in and went up to the room, the lady at the front desk called to make sure everything was good and was super helpful. Room was clean and quiet and we slept well too. Fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee, snack machines at the elevator, all things we didn’t have in our last hotel (which was a Hilton). Free breakfast is always a huge plus, too!

this is a decent place. Building is ages without any upgrade from inside and outside. Other than that, everything else is ok.

We chose the hotel for the electric car charger. You had to prepay for the service and you didn’t find out the charging time until after you paid. So on top of arriving at the hotel at 11 o’clock, very tired, we then had to take time to calculate what we would need to continue our trip the next day. Very annoying Of course it was very slow and it was not able to finish charging before we left the next morning. We asked the front desk how we could get a refund and he had no idea. The breakfast was also very bare bones. Overall not a great experience.

Great location! Close to universal and lots of restaurants! I loved how the breakfast was until later and you didn't have to rush to make it before it closed at 8am! Clean sheets and towels daily, didn't have to call or bother anyone for it. The front desk girls were super nice and helpful. The only thing that I would say is that it is a bit older hotel so you can see rust in the bathroom hinge and the bathtub was a little yellow but other than that I would definitely reccomended to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Orlando. Also forgot to mention that they have shuttle to city walk and they offer an option for late check in which is amazing in case you need some extra zzzs before heading out!

Excelente hotel muy buen servicio comodo

Great customer service, Nora was very friendly and helpful, we arrived early with a 3 pm check in , we called and Nora said she could give us a different type of room with an earlier check in , like 1pm, which turned out great! Everyday we saw her, she greeted you with a smile and ask how was your day. The housekeeping staff was friendly and smiled as you passed. The rooms was clean, I know , cause I was an housekeeping manager for 20yrs. The breakfast I didn't really like, tasted like hospital food. We will stay again at this hotel, so all in all, we were happy there.

La limpieza del cuarto estuvo muy bien.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the shuttle service to Universal Studios. Unfortunately, the shuttle schedule was more limited than we expected, with only one departure at 8:30 a.m. and one pickup at 5:30 p.m. This was a bit disappointing, especially since we were hoping for more flexibility during our park days. The breakfast was simple but worked well for our family. The kids were happy with the waffles, and the adults enjoyed the eggs and sausage. We did wish there had been some fruit available, but thankfully we brought some of our own. Our room was comfortable and worked well for our family. We stayed in a king-size room with a sofa bed, which our son used. He did mention that the sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but the king-size bed was comfortable for us. We had also read a few comments about the walls being thin, but we were actually staying next door to my in-laws and never heard them at all! The front desk service was truly wonderful. A special shout-out to Francesca, who was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived and also assisted us at checkout. She made a great first impression and was just as kind when we left. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean, comfortable room and friendly service.
