Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal

Clean room, staff friendly

Espacio cómodo y limpio.

Property was clean, well maintained, would have preferred a few more items for breakfast. Shuttle service option to Universal was not used because they only have one pickup time- 0830 A.M. and one return time 500 P.M. Otherwise hotel stay was good.

However, my complaints are the following: The rooms (specially those in 1st floor) have very mediocre ventilation, the first night or even second it's not as noticeable, but the rest we kept having this enclosed, humid odor that would not leave the room, to a point that it even triggered my husband's sinuses allergies and I developed a sore throat, the day we decided to stay in half the day is when we noticed that being in that room was almost unbearable for longer than a night sleep. And although I complaint 2 nights before leaving, and they even offered a change of room finally they simply said they "thought" the room only needed a deep cleaning and it should be okay, but said deep cleaning didn't really happen, only the regular service. Anyways thankfully our trip was over and as soon as we came out of the room we started fo feel a bit better, but keep in consideration before booking that if you are sensitive to allergies or being in an enclosed under ventilated place this might not be good for you.

Staff was helpful. Air conditioning and heating was good. Room was cleaned everyday. The only thing is that they do not have free bottled water. Very close to Universal Studios Orlando and the shuttle is on time each morning.

Update the hotel name because I had a hard time I had to put it in four times when I was at the other hotel I spent an extra Uber to go to the right hotel. Because it’s a waste of my morning when I got in trying to figure out where I was going confusing and they travel a lot having the right name with the right address goes a long way.

Clean room but AC seemed off a little. Humidity in the room seemed high. I guess that’s Florida for you.

Awesome

Only thing that was missing was another and a microwave in the room other than that I really enjoyed my stay

Good experience

This is a great option close to Universal. The hotel looks great. It is what you’d expect from a hotel at this price range. The only thing I was not too happy about was the breakfast. I would have liked it to have more things but again it was in a great location and well maintained.

Hotel location was convenient. Room was clean but AC was not cooling as much.

Everything was super good.

Well kept. Love the room and I will definitely stay again

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was a great location from universal and other attractions. Will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is pretty unappetizing. Dry muffins and yogurt comes out of a dispensing machine. The rooms were fine, not great, not terrible. Only had 1 shuttle time to universal.

Very quiet

My time in the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to go to universal studios.
