When we arrived at 4:00 PM, our room was not ready, and we had to wait about 30 minutes. In all our previous visits, we have never had this issue. Another thing we did not appreciate was receiving a phone call around 8:00 AM asking about our check-in and how everything was going. When you are on vacation, you expect to be able to rest, so a call that early in the morning was unnecessary and disruptive. We also had a concern at the pool. While my daughter was using the pool ladder to get out of the water, she slipped because it was very slippery and ended up with a large bruise on her foot. Thankfully, she was okay, but it was painful and affected her experience at the pool. We have always enjoyed staying at Parc Soleil and have had many wonderful experiences here. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same standard we have come to expect from this property.

Hotel is very nice and clean and close location to many restaurants. Pool is great also.

The ONLY thing I would say is that the slide and the stairs leading up to it need to be redone IMMEDIATELY. The stairs and parts of the slide were 97% covered in rust, and it honestly looked unsafe and very unappealing. I also think the main pool needs more frequent maintenance, especially with how many guests use it throughout the day. There was quite a bit of hair and other debris in the water. It seemed like the pool could benefit from more frequent skimming and regular vacuuming and filtration to keep it clean. The pool itself is beautiful it just needs a little more upkeep. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would absolutely return.

The entire front desk staff was professional, courteous and very accommodating to all request. From the time of check-in the front desk manager(name slips my mind)and Sergio did everything possible to meet all my needs!

Excellent location. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. At first was told that parking was free but had to pay for parking when we got there. No biggie. It was $15 but it was a surprise

stunning spacious rooms ,great kitchen, huge bathroom shower and twin sinks, large balcony. Very attentive and helpfull staff. Good location, walk to some restaurants. Fab pools. Everywhere very well kept and clean. Undercover parking was great.

Always a fantastic stay at Parc Soleil! It is my favorite Hilton Grand Vacation property to visit. Can’t wait to go back!
