The pool and the gym was so easy to find We had to pay for parking I didn’t like that

Amazing view, room size. The service at check-in, an argument about the obligation to pay for parking even though I was not interested in parking in the complex. No beds were arranged for the children to sleep as per booking.

This hotel was beautiful in a very central location. The only reason I give it four stars is because the walls were thin- we could hear the people next to us simply talking. Everything but this truly made this hotel wonderful. I would have no other comments. The staff was kind, the rooms were nice, and the pools were very neat. There is plenty of things to do on the property for those with longer stays.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Our villa was beautiful and very clean and spacious.

Overall good experience, the hotel quality was okay, shower was hot but no adjustment to pattern or flow. Check in took longer than we had expected, waited in line for a “welcome gift” but it was just an offer to get discounts on some services and a small gift card if we sat through a sales presentation for a timeshare package. Pool was nice, resort seemed well maintained. Was not ready for uber to pickup near our hotel room, so was a little hike anytime we wanted to go somewhere. Front facility was further than we expected from our room, so initial trip to room was quite far, would have appreciated a note about this and a drop off by shuttle or cart. Price was a little high for overall value, but experience wasn’t terrible. If we go again, I’d probably look at other opportunities and resorts to stay at. Probably worst aspect is we were ground floor near elevator and pool entry so there was a lot of gate slamming and loud people waiting for an elevator.

The property was lovely, the staff was nice, the pools were nice and we were a convenient drive from attractions, offsite restaurants and activities. We will return.

Check in and out were seamless - staff is amazing. Pool was wonderful. The food at the Grille was delicious. There is also a store that sells all kinds of food/toiletries/souvenirs. Walls were a bit thin in my room, overall a wonderful stay!

It was very uncommon to be charged a deposit for every day that I stayed. That nearly doubled my upfront costs to stay at the hotel. It was $100 for each day on top of what I already paid and parking. I understand I needed to read the details more effectively. But all that additional cost in my personal opinion is not worth it. I will never stay here again.

Food was to expensive! Hardly no smoking areas outside. Alcohol was very high priced also.
