Great spot

Booked 8 nights…checked out after 3 nights!! We were constantly woken up by loud hallway noise constantly until 130am. Requested a room change so we can sleep. They tried to make it as difficult as possible so we would decline. They actually revel in your discomfort and go out of their way to not accommodate a room change. This is a Motel 6 with the price of a 5 star hotel. Cheap bedding and finishes. No night stands, which is a minimum for convenience and comfort. Bathroom is small and horribly appointed. Rooms are small and uncomfortable. What a huge waste of money! This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Just disgusting.

We enjoyed everything staying at the Hardrock, the only complaint would be the check-in process seemed unusually long. I waited in line probably 20 minutes to see a representative, and no one was in front of me. It literally took that long with the two other guests being helped. They either need to streamline the check-in or add more customer service reps. Property was an easy walk to Universal, pool looked amazing, but we didn't take a chance to enjoy it. We'd definitely stay again.

Loved everything about Hard Rock Hotel. Proximity to parks can't be beat as well as the Express Passes. Kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. Great service from reception, to the valet, to the bell hops. Also shout out to the person who found my daughter's stuffed animal and turned it into lost and found...I reached out and they had it and brought it up to the room. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Universal.

Except for the proximity to the parks, we were not impressed. -room was outdated -room wasn’t very clean (stains on chairs, carpet…) -pool area was disgusted (trash everywhere, no shaded area, pool water was murky and not clear.

Great location near the parks pool is delicious we had a great time. They said they send email with the room and never get to you! You have to do check in two times

去universal很近很方便，可以坐water taxi 去老园区，shuttle bus 可以去epic 跟volcano，但是需要15分钟的车程.这个酒店唯一的遗憾是快通只包括adventure land 和studio 俩个园区.如果只玩这俩个园区住这个酒店很不错

Hotel was excellent, reception and bar staff were fantastic, did find someone else’s underwear on a chair in the room

Hotel was nice and convenient

The hotel had a good atmosphere. Housekeeping did an excellent job as did the security staff. I was particularly impressed with Gadiel and David who were very friendly and helpful when I was nervous about getting my mobility scooter onto the water taxi. I had a great stay.

Staff was amazing
