Exclusive to guests staying at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel®, and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. (Valid theme park admission required; select attractions. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe.) Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). A 12,000-square-foot pool with underwater music and rock and roll memorabilia decor is on site. Guests can also enjoy American fare at Palm Restaurant on site for dinner. Velvet Bar features a full bar and appetizers. Free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and an iPod docking station are available in each room. All rooms are decorated with rock music-themed decor. Used to be cheeky breakfast and night time snack in there. The ice cream is still delicious 😋. And still love the rock memorabilia all round the hotel.

Right inside universal studio, can’t find better, staff are nice and clear in instructions. All is well thought even for guests who don’t go in the park, fast pass included, best for value. Restaurant Palm is great, the best we have tried so far since one week in America!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff always went above and beyond to help us and they were all so friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here a few times before and will definitely stay here again.
