Didn’t actually stay in the room as had a villa nearby, used for express pass access. Looked lovely and will stay next time.

Great location with a lovely theme Outdated rooms, poor attentiveness from staff and overall rude staff with only a few exceptions

The Club lounge is poor when compared with previous visits. The staff look ill-suited to the job and verbal communication is almost non-existent. The limited selection of food was a disappointment and I've experienced better on many previous visits. Unlike at Disney's Club lounge, alcohol is only available 5pm-7pm. The check-in area is very noisy.

We loved staying here and the staff were very kind to upgrade our room on both occasions that we stayed, which was a lovely surprise. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and polite, nothing was too much for them. Thank you!

disabled partner so the ground floor room facing bay was wonderful. Transportation op[ions was great. main pool with hot and cold small pool really good. Love the fast passes. Have stayed here lots of times. would have liked to do Club but seems a little expensive now, Couldn't use fast pass in EPIC park

Don't waste your money. The room looked like it had been used and then used again. The staff flat out lied to me. The price is over double what I would call fair for the quality of the room. I wish I had picked a Universal hotel instead of of Lowes.

We had an incredible time at Portofino Bay! We stayed for one night in a queen club room. The room was spacious and elegantly presented. The food and drink on offer in the club room was varied and delicious. Having the express passes for Universal meant we were able to do all rides in both parks in 2 days
