The hotel let us know at 12:30pm when we arrived. The pool has a cool slide and we love it!

We checked in for one night and we couldn't fault anything about the Portofino, the room was fabulous with everything we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, so helpful at checkin explaining everything and even gave us a late checkout for the following day so that we could make use of the pool for a little longer. We will definitely be returning.

I loved it, the grounds, pools and buildings were beautiful. The service was also wonderful. I didn’t like that the pools closed at 11 since it is the summer, I think they should stay open later.

I loved how quiet the rooms were. I couldn't hear doors shutting, kids screaming or people in the halls. It was great. The express passes were amazing, and it's the only way to go when visiting the parks. My only complaint was that our room wasn't ready by 4pm, but the staff was friendly and helpful to

Beautiful hotel. Very calm and quiet. A little bit further to walk from the parks and water taxi not running both times due to the weather (not the hotels fault though)

This Hotel is always wonderful is close to everything and is beautiful I would say not impressed with the staff they look tired and not happy to be there from the staff in the front desk to the service at the restaurant in the resort to the shuttle drivers and water taxi drivers is a little disappointing like I said beautiful location great proximity just really bad staff experience

We picked this hotel due to the location to Universal Studios. We liked all the staff and the river boat to the parks. Nothing, all was good.
