Receptionist was very welcoming, room was very clean and cooled.

The location is convenient to the interstate, relatively easy to get to. The quality of the room is about what you'd expect for the price. If you don't expect a lot, it is fine for a place to sleep. My biggest issue was honestly more the fault of this website. I tried to extend my stay from here, but that canceled it. ESA showed it canceled, Booking.com didn't. Had to rebook onsite for $50 more. Also, minor quibble, the deposit took just over a week to fall off.

The staff is very friendly. If you need anything you have only to ask and they will do their best to provide it. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Right away was greeted and the front desk hostess let us know what was around. She checked us in. The room was just what we needed. We will be coming here monthly thanks to the small kitchen area. And its very comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. I've stayed here many times before but the motel has definitely seen better days. Did not feel clean. There was a roach dying by the bed one morning. Heater was set on 90 when I checked in. Was not at all comfortable this stay.

The staff was very sweet and very friendly. They were dealing with a lot of issues including a water main break and flooding in one room. The hotel is dark and cramped and dated. I know it is an extended stay hotel but we just stayed two nights and it would have been great to have a coffee maker in the room.

The room was adequate. The grounds had lots of trash and unpicked up dog poop. What they call a breakfast is ridiculous.

When we check in got there hubby seen urine on the toilet seat I had to clean it which I was piss elevator don’t work we was on the third floor room 316 I have never been at a hotel we’re elevator took us only on the 1 And 2 work don’t go to third floor had to get someone to help and the toilet didn’t flush told the housekeepers that my toilet wasn’t working came back from a funeral in a still wasn’t working. Had to tell the front desk again there was a nose ring in the drawer, which you could tell it was not clean driving for hours to have to use the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is bad 2days a mess

First off this hotel is way over rated on this website, it's ok, not exceptional, or wonderful, or great, just ok. My most recent stay will be my last. First the negative, there's a $100 security deposit for which they hold for five to seven days After you have checked out. Ridiculous! I've stay a 5 star Marriott's and never paid a $100 deposit. Anyway, my recent stay required three room changes, the first room the heat would work for about 10 minutes then it would switch to AC. Next room, no heat at all. Final room, heat works, but now this room had a mattress that was sunken in to the curve of someone who must have weighed 300 pounds, very uncomfortable, had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed towards the window. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $20 bucks and get a better quality hotel. Also breakfast is a joke.

Simple, clean, comfortable. It had an odd smell. Not overwhelming, but definitely there in the background.
