Our room was clean. Bed was comfy. It was nice to open windows for fresh ocean air. Breakfast was appreciated but buffet was just ok. The fresh fruit was the highlight. Overall it was a good stay. Thank you.

On-site lobby not in use after hours, you'll have to go to another nearby hotel and use their lobby. Just FYI.

Could not beat this location at this rate. Beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Older property with some wear, but extremely clean and well-maintained. A mama deer and her fawn greeted us at our door super early on the morning of my 50th birthday. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

There is a small fridge and microwave which is convenient. Although the TV was off to the side not facing the bed, you can tilt it so it is. NO ROOM SERVICE unless you stay for more than 4 nights. I came back and found lots of tree and dirt debris behind the front door (as if someone was leaf blowing and it got through the door??). Overall, our stay was comfortable enough with the bare minimum but it was not stellar by any means.

The wifi is painfully slow to the point its unusable. Breakfast is decent and the beds are comfortable.

We arrived early and asked when we could check in and were told rudely at 2:30pm not any how was your drive good afternoon. We walked in our room and they’re a little run down for the price we paid. Windows didn’t open and there is no AC, for that price I would have hoped for some windows to open and let in fresh air but nope. Honestly the best part was the breakfast. I wouldn’t pay anything more than $100 a night as this place is really run down. The shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor so you had to face the shower head against the wall so the water didn’t run out. We called and asked for toilet paper and towels and were told if we could wait as they had no one to run that over to us in the morning. Don’t be fooled by the pictures it’s not what it looks to be. Find somewhere else

The property is right by a cemetery and the 2 rooms we stayed in faced all the headstones . Was eerie and count sleep all night . The property has no mention of it anywhere and it was too late to cancel .

Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of choices. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to take a short walk to the ocean to watch the sunset. The next morning, we enjoyed another easy walk to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, which made for a peaceful start to the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a family get away! The cottages are wonderful! We have stayed at the Lodge in the past. The cottages are a step above! The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff exceptional. The fire pit at night was cozy! We will be back!

We stayed in the studio cottage The room was great. Bathroom was nice, the shower was a bit challenging to get to the right temp but over all it was nice. The room did need some maintenance the windows did not open as the handles were broken. Which was disappointing as we wanted fresh air at night because there is no AC. There were ants and some spiders in the room. Parking was good. Drive way was hard to navigate in a smaller car.

It was a wonderful room, warmed by the fireplace and open to the world with the balcony.

Ac didn't work. Pool lights are broken. Paint peeling in the room and bathroom. Internet barely worked. Food was alright.

The room was perfectly acceptable. I was clean and moderately well maintained. However, the only negative was the poor driveways due to tree limbs

The shower doors set-up allowed water to puddle on the outside floor.
