Aircon is not working properly

Breakfast great perk. Would update the hot tub. Need a new one

The breakfast was great, as was the location in Pacific Grove. It was close to lots of activities and sites. The hotel is old and whenever someone next door or below or above the room is showering, you can hear it. It's quite loud.

Had an issue with the property. I booked two room for two couples and one couple with a kid. The two rooms ended up being 1 king suite with one bathroom not actually two separate rooms. They didn’t have another room available so we had to leave. I tried cancelling and they wouldn’t except that. If I am booking two rooms, I expect 2 full rooms each with a bathroom. I am a travel agent and will not book again unless they come through with a refund

CLean room

i would say it’s a decent place for the night. Their free breakfast is kind of late to start at 0730, most hotels have breakfast served at 0600.

You get what you pay for. The property and rooms felt dated and reminded me of my grandma’s house. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was better than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I probably wouldn’t come back.

The hotel isn’t fancy but it is clean!!! Very clean and that I can appreciate more than anything. Covered parking was a big plus! The area felt safe! I didn’t utilize an amenities besides parking. I didn’t eat the breakfast.. I’d definitely book again. The location was great!

Nice quite place. No noise. Place is a little dated, but would stay again.

They do take a $50 deposit on top of how much the going price for one room is… they say it takes at least 5 to 7 days before they will refund it to you. This is new due to their new management. Some of the surrounding hotels don’t charge an extra deposit.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was amazing and the pool and spa were wonderful. I highly recommend!!

Thought it would have been nicer looking for the price I paid. Staff was great, the elevator broke down on us. There was no coffee pot in our not much to watch on TV overall it Was ok

Hot tub was clean, so was room. Staff very helpful & efficient

It's a nice location right near the Monarch sanctuary and downtown Pacific Grove. We didn't like not having a coffee maker in the room...we had to go downstairs to the breakfast area and wait in line for the coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine wasn't ideal although the many different options were nice. Loved the breakfast...waffles-yes! We'll be back 🙂
