Bathroom was not clean and flush was not working. This property needs renovation. Didn’t find much safety measures.

Property was in a great location. The hotel was super cute and had good parking. Our two queen bed room was spacious for the three of us. Shower pressure was good. Will absolutely stay there again. Great ice cream/hot dog joint next door.

We stayed in one of the cottages. They looked freshly updated and had a parking space and picnic table in a little courtyard right outside the door. It was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and only 5 mins from cannery row. We love the relaxing atmosphere and will definitely return.

The kitchen has a two-burner electric cooktop, and neither burner worked. Even the host was unable to get it functioning. We were given a separate portable electric cooker as a replacement, but it would only heat intermittently, allowing us to cook for only a few minutes at a time before stopping. The cookware provided was also very old and worn. The kitchenette is located in the same room as the bed, and the bathroom is extremely small. In addition, the property is more than a mile from the beach, making it less convenient than we expected. Overall, we felt the studio was overpriced for the facilities it offered. Because of the poor kitchen, cramped layout, and overall value, we would not choose to stay here again.

I really like this place. This was my second time staying there. It is close to my son’s place. It is also close to the down town area. The owners are nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The little cabins have a nice little kitchen and a fire place.

Super friendly staff at check in, immaculate room, great bed, sheets and pillows. The room is new and up to date and SMELLS GOOD!!

Helpful staff. They were very accommodating to our needs.

We were pleased with the well maintained property. Our room/cottage was a bit small but it was nice and clean with newer flooring and paint. It had all the features stated such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with accessories, tv, hairdryer. The shower/tub was nice with good water pressure. The bed was pretty comfortable, although the metal platform the mattress was on was noisy at times. There was also a drink/snack machine on the property, as well as a spacious outdoor sitting area with firepit. It was also nice to look out the window to a beautiful view of the environment and get to watch the roaming deer. We love the area for its proximity to the ocean, lighthouse and downtown shopping. For dog owners it is important to know that while the property is pet friendly, the grounds do not have a specific dog area for going to the bathroom so you have to take your pet across the street or just go for a neighborhood walk, so don’t forget your poop bags!

Great place to stay. Value for money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent well maintained place to stay.

This was our second stay and the room was clean, and had basic amenities. We love the location as it's close to beach and downtown PG, and within a short drive distance from stores and other attractions in Monterey.

They are amazing. We had a problem with the noise and our dog barking. It became a problem for us and they, along with expedia resolved our problem. It was a very cute welcoming place.
