Great room great location, it is nice for a weekend stay! Staff was helpful

Our stay was just “meh”. We have been here in the past and the rooms and service have taken a turn for the worse. Our sheets were dirty and stained and when requesting for linens to change to the staff was very cold and offered no apologies. He did offer a prorate for the trouble but when I asked what that entails he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Will not stay here again and won’t be recommending it to others.

I will stay at this property again.

Great property! Room was spacious and clean with a well appointed kitchen area. Staff made the late check in easy while offering to walk us to our room. Good value relative to other quality properties. We”ll likely return on our next visit to Monterey.

Great location, the area is nice and close to beautiful beaches. The room was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were hard in my family’s opinion.

The mgmt perfumed the room to the point I couldn’t move in until I let the breeze empty it for an hour. Very spartan but satisfactory. Walls were paper thin. I couldn’t move hear neighbors think

The room was great with the exception of the shower. The shower head has weak pressure and the only two setting were either “rain shower” or slow pulsating flow. Neither worked well for getting shampoo and conditioner out of my hair very well.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location was close to Asilomar and the little downtown of Pacific Grove. I could wish for a better soap dispenser in the shower (fell off the wall as I was trying to use it), but that's pretty trivial.

A great looking place on the outside and in a wonderful location. Close to great restaurants, tide pools, otters, deer everywhere, but… the walls are the thinnest I’ve ever stayed around. You hear your neighbors regular conversations, snoring, etc. The beds have a weird tin sheeting around the base. Great to not lose things under the bed but make a huge noise every time you move or get on and off and you hear your neighbors getting on and off their beds too. The floors were loud and you hear every step your neighbors take. The cleaning wasn’t the greatest, took shoes off and my socks were black from dirt on the floor. The most disturbing was when our ceiling fan would change speeds and the light would turn on out of the blue. Only happened when neighbors showed up and I assumed that it probably was a short in the electrical and had something to do when they used theirs. Told front desk agent and he said maintenance had gone home for the day but it was just the switch and they’d look at it the next day. They never checked it out the next day. We were getting ready to leave the next morning and luckily the nights were cool enough to leave the windows open and keep the room cool. Not that I enjoy leaving my front picture window open in a place I’ve never been before. I’d say staying here was a mixed bag. Price was decent for a great location. If you are a heavy sleeper or have great earplugs

They were very nice and brought us extra pillows, but they were all very flat. Bed was very low to the ground.

The room was spacious, pretty clean. The parking lot isn’t big so space is limited.

Great location in Pacific Grove. Minimal amenities, but did have coffee, microwave and a fridge. Close to many restaurants. Easy parking. Quiet area. Good value.

No air conditioning, had to leave windows open. Neighbors complained at 9:30 please stop talking. Have deaf people in our family, hard to speak really quiet. The quiet time was 9 pm most places are 10. Room wasn't ready until about 3:45. Rented 2 rooms for a family vacation.
