I liked the staff was there to help at all times I loved the bathroom water pressure and the bed was amazing very comfortable room the bar and all restaurants were great what I didn’t like all the kids in both pools the throwing balls it was a fraternity pool party there were 10 kid in hot tub with parents just not in or even around I wanted an adult pool / hot tub time with my wife

I was very surprised by the poor quality of cleanliness, bad smells in the elevator for a week, and quality of the pool. Underwhelmed.

An older property but well maintained and beautiful. Room was very comfortable however I was told we were given an upgrade but the view from the room was not the best.

I said we will walk to outside area to see the view and a table for 2 was free so we sat down and greeter hostess dashed over to us still attitude. I stated we were hingry luggage never got to room as of yet. We got food and drink she apologized when we left. This last weekend trip was actually not very comfortable for the pricing on rooms food drink one should be treated with respect. Very disappointed cars backed up while trying to pull away and yes no luggage was brought to car yet. Everything seemed in disarray.

Couldn't have been more satisfied with how well we were treated and how absolutely stunning the hotel is. Went for an LPN event and it made it more fun being able to arrive early and partake in adult beverages and not have to worry about driving anywhere. Beds were immensely comfortable. 5 stars and can't wait to do another mini staycation.. take advantage of the spa amenities next time!

I think there needs to be an additional coffee shop. There was a 15min wait just to order at the giftshop and a 30 min wait for the terrace. Coffee in the room in fine but when I'm at a resort in the am I want to walk the grounds and go out to get a specialty coffee. There was a really nice woman at the tea parlor area that made complementary coffee for us, which was very sweet and a testament to the staff leadership. Also there should be french fries at the Royce poll haha. Other than that, beautiful. The gardens are beautifully maintained by the hard working staff. Will stay again!
