Candlewood Suites Pearl by IHG

The floors were sticky and the furniture was soiled. Toilet did not fill with water. Had to add water to the tank each time. Contacted front desk and got no response. Outside was overgrown and unkept. Will never stay there again.

It was very convenient. Not too far from stadium. No Complimentary Breakfast

Exceptional

Rooms were so nice!!

Pleasant

The property was infested with roaches. They worker called the owner the see how to cancel my stay and he lied and told her it was canceled once I was checked out. Fast forward a month later I’m still being charged full price without staying.

Peaceful, clean, Very beautiful and nice here.

Very beautiful and nice here.

It’s close to a lot of things Movies, restaurants, stores , interstate

There for 4 days and the room sufficed for the short stay. Clean slept well.

Staff could be little friendly.. no greetings or smiles just strictly business.. didn’t feel welcome , quite the opposite actually. The coffee machine room is locked all the time as if they were theft issues in this property.

I booked a 2 day stay and left after one night maintenance came knocking at the door at 9:00 in the morning, talking about they needed to fix something with the bathroom. I advise them that they need to come after I check out. Then I calm down to the front desk and I said why did they put me in this room if they knew maintenance needed to be done and why can it not be done after I check out. And then later on that afternoon, as I was trying to take a nap the fire alarm started to go off and lasted for over an hour. I had had enough and decided to just leave!

Great for sleeping when on a road trip
