Ended up getting a refund because my bed had bugs in it. Didn't even stay 30 mins in the room. The staff was quick to offer a refund with no arguments.

Everything. Nothing.

Facilities were clean . Bed was hard and uncomfortable, Only 1 small bar of soap was in the bathroom with a half roll of toilet paper. No extra at all. Breakfast was disappointing but could have been better. should have had some biscuit and gravy and sausage and bacon and grits. Eggs were very dry. Waffle mix ran out on me so there wasn't much mix left.

We needed a bed and it worked One room was clean and one room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest, but they moved us to another room. Staff tried to tell us they mess up the rooms like that to check and make sure they are clean and they just didn’t get it put back together. Really? I don’t think so. Rooms show a lot of wear and walls are thin, but the bed was comfortable.

Thank god we didn’t get robbed.

This is literally the worst stay at a country inn and suites I’ve ever had.

This property needs alot of work, not worth $108 per night

I liked the transparency at check-in and the patience. I also loved the conversation. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was nice. The pool wasn’t working. I would’ve appreciated a message from the hotel. I was really looking forward to swimming alone. If you’re a parent, you know when you swim with kids it’s never a swim for you hahaha. I was looking forward to having that experience since I was traveling alone, so a heads up would’ve been nice.

ONE OF THE TVS IN MY ROOM DID NOT WORK AND THE TOILET WAS LEAKING -I ALMOST SLIPPED AND FELL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHILE USING THE BATHROOM - TOLD FRONT DESK STAFF AND SHE JUST WROTE IT DOWN AND DISMISSED WHAT I WAS TELLING HER -

Its very clean! Nothing I could complain, it was pleasant overnight stay.

The hotel is outdated and in serious need of remodeling. I booked this property based on the online reviews, which were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. The property was nothing like what was described or depicted online, resulting in a very disappointing stay.

Location of the hotel is good. The bed was comfortable. The front desk gal that checked us in was very nice. The young lady that handles laundry and the breakfast area is wonderful! The room was disappointing - large chair encumbered ability to get easily to the bed; room overlooked a stack of construction materials; weren't allowed to sit outside at the back of the building overlooking the pond because we were told there was a slope unsafe for walking; phone did not work; caulking on floor of shower at the drain was squishy and moved while standing in the shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom - it was a steamy mess. One of the front desk staff was less than friendly - when we checked out we let her know the phone in the room did not work. Her response was "It should work" (exaggerated eye roll). The breakfast was a highly processed disaster zone.

The hotel does not look like the pictures. If you are bringing your dog expect to be sent to an over grown lot next to the hotel for them to potty. The hotel is run down and not up to date. Just felt dirty and not very clean. Carpet needs to be replaced in hallways. Tile floors in room were not clean, they left black residue on our feet after we showered and walked from the shower to bed.
