La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson Airport/Pearl

Staff was asleep when I walked in. Nice when I woke her up. Rust in bathroom. Heavy dampness.

I was worried about the cost of a belatedly-scheduled trip to Jackson over the July 4 weekend. I shouldn't have! LaQuinta in Pearl was clean, efficient, and hospitable. It's dog-friendly, so my chihuahua Lucy was able to join me. And it was one of the lowest prices in the area!

Room was clean but had a wet musty smell which was no problem for me cause I travel with my own air freshener air conditioner also didn’t work to my liking but I also travel with a fan it was clean housekeeping got my towels promptly when I asked her. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast I enjoyed the waffle maker staff friendly parking wasn’t bad

Breakfast is not good. Rooms and lobby area in the floors are terrible. Lot of dust and no cleanness at all.

Room was clean, linens fresh, but the facility is showing signs of aging. Staff was prompt and attentive. Breakfast was as expected for a hotel at this price.

Staff was all friendly and helpful and the rooms were super clean and we felt right at home. Pretty good breakfast and fresh orange juice.

Stayed overnight on a long road trip. The room was just fine and clean. Only negative would be the noisy a/c unit, but it didn’t keep anyone awake, even the littles.

I didn’t use the amenities. I stopped here just to sleep basically of no the air was extremely musty in the room, the bedsheets were clean in the bathroom was clean, so I decided to stay there, but the air was awful and I feel like it might’ve been damp in the room when I woke up

Friendly and helpful staff. Some areas such as carpet was showing age. Pool was green.

For a quick off highway stop a safe area, I had my kids and pets. Pet friendly hotels can be iffy. This was great! Customer fron desk service excellent many restaurants around to choose from. To my surprise shopping too!

Common area (elevator, hallways) needs to be cleaned better. Parking was good.

Staff extremely helpful and courteous

The breakfast was good and rooms were clean.

Stayed with family for a night, it was a great choice. Continental breakfast was great, has different option for you to choose from. Staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. The bed I stayed in could’ve been better but that’s just my experience (you might get a diff one). Amenities and cleanliness inside the room were great. Will definitely stay here again if need be :)

Good hotel

Stayed one night as it's on the way. Location is convenient by 55. Hotel needs major updates. Bathroom door could be closed. Majority of equipment in the fitness center don't work. Loud noise from the business in the back of the hotel.

Room was great and the price was right!
