La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson Airport/Pearl

Needed updating, and cleaning!! Room carpet dirty, tub dirty, bed old/ needs new mattress!!

It's a nice quiet room. The building is a little old. The 2nd floor carpet is covered in bleach stains. I hate that smoking rooms aren't available

The room was spacious with a great layout. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very nice place to stay and exceeded my expectations.

First of all me and my family travel 4 hours for a weekend stay here. We was in town for a football game. On arrival the lady at the front desk welcome us asked name, then proceeded to mention the room was paid for. How ? We do not know no transaction was taken out of account. We told her that but didn't listen so she gave us the room key so we went up. "FYI we did stress it's not paid" I will not agrue with anyone if they don't want to listen. Anyway, went up to room put bags down and chilled. About 45 mins later we left to go get food. $130 charged was declined on my son card, a card that shouldn't have been on the account. Soon as we got back we were told oh the room wasn't paid and they kicked us out. We will not come back it was unprofessional if the lady would've just listened.

I had booked room thru Expedia. I had utilized the reviews to make my choice. I had some room issues but the management team did apologize and made amends..

Great location with lots of restaurants within close proximity. Check-in was easy and the staff pleasant. The room had a musty smell upon entry, but was immaculately clean and well appointed with a microwave and a mini-frig. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had Dove products in the shower. The ceiling creaked with ever footstep from the room above. The road noise was unbearable. I couldn't sleep, even with a very comfortable bed. If I had earplugs, it would have been great. The noise.

This hotel was good for a quick, one night stopover. The staff was nice and very accomodating to our sweet boxer while we were there. Its easy off and on the freeway if you are driving through and the Breakfast was good. The price for the room was fair although they charged us $25 pet fee which wasnt mentioned when I made the reservation. However, they were very kind to her which was important to us.

Clean rooms but hallway carpet and furniture needed deep clean or replacement to remove stains.

Overnight stay very comfortable bed, decent breakfast, clean. Would definitely stay there again when traveling

General Manager is awesome!

Booked my hotel on the phone because the website wouldn’t allow my room arrangements. Traveling for a funeral so we had a large group. Amongst the group was small children so I specifically asked for an adjoining room or at least side by side. Upon check-in I noticed the room numbers and questioned the clerk. She looked into the matter and told me she was sorry but she couldn’t accommodate me on that request. That one thing was a big one for us and made the stay more difficult than it needed to be. Don’t assure someone of a request if you can’t fulfill it.
