Residence Inn by Marriott Jackson Airport/Pearl

Staff was nice, room was in good condition and breakfast was awesome!

I choose this hotel every time I stay in Jackson for business!

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Shower drain could have drained a little better.

Breakfast started after 07:00am which was too late for me.

Finally, we were able to change clothes and get to our event on time.

Amazing always enjoy staying there

The couch in the room was not spotless, but the rest of the hotel was clean and pleasant. We would definitely give it another chance if we were to stay there again.

Room and amenities were excellent. The pool party below our room didn’t quiet down until nearly 11:00 pm. Was disappointed quiet hours were not enforced.

Room had all the things I needed. It had things I didn't need also. Large shower also. There were 2 small holes in the shower that looked like a trail used to be there. It would've been easy to fill those holes and the room would have been perfect.

Location Parking

This was my family and I second time staying staying at Residence Inn by Marriott. We stayed on the 3rd floor the first time. This time it was the second floor. We had to go down to ask for extra blankets when normally they keep them in the closet. At least they did on the 3rd floor. When I asked tye front desk, he said they don't keep extra blankets in the rooms. We had to also had go down to get extra toilet paper since we only had a half a roll in the bathroom. If we stay there again I hope and pray that we get the 3rd Floor. We like staying there since our grandson moved to Pearl Mississippi. We will try one more time maybe but I hope that our stay will be better than the last time. Thank you!
