Probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Shower drain could have drained a little better.

I liked the location. It was close to the event that we were in town to attend. This was my second stay at this hotel. My experience was not so great this time. First of all, I requested an early check-in with my reservation and never received a response back. Secondly, when I was on the road traveling (30 minutes away from the hotel) I called to see if I could check in early. The receptionist, Hannah stated that she had rooms available for early check-in. However, when I arrived she said she only had accessible rooms available. When I told her that she did not tell me that when I called. She stated, "You didn't ask." I got upset and started speaking louder hitting my hand twice on the counter. In which, I did apologize to her later. I got upset because of what she said. I had no reason to ask for an accessible room when I booked a standard studio. She became agitated and proceeded to get her manager. The manager was very helpful. She found us a room. Although it was for the hearing impaired, it was fine. Finally, we were able to change clothes and get to our event on time.

Amazing always enjoy staying there

The couch in the room was not spotless, but the rest of the hotel was clean and pleasant. We would definitely give it another chance if we were to stay there again.

Room and amenities were excellent. The pool party below our room didn’t quiet down until nearly 11:00 pm. Was disappointed quiet hours were not enforced.
