Residence Inn by Marriott Pensacola Airport/Medical Center

Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable room and bed. Decent selection for breakfast, hot items on every other day rotation. Friendly breakfast person kept everything topped off and clean. Gym was small and limited (5-50 lbs free weights, 2 benches and 5 machines), but it worked for a few days.

This hotel is always excellent! They have a friendly and welcoming staff - everyone is kind and helpful! It is clean and has a stylish clean decor and spacious rooms. My boys love the swimming pool and basketball court. In the King suite with sofa bed - they still offered us a roll away bed - which was nice! A thick twin size mattress. I left my pillow and they called me on the road to ask if they needed it to be mailed.. all over a great and restful stay. Their breakfast lady we have seen the past 2 years. She is cheerful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Nice hotel, clean, nice sorroundings and easy access to the highway. It takes 40 minutes to the beach.

Also the view was baby approved! My youngest really loved looking out the windows to see the view.

Worst experience with a hotel and left our family on the streets of Pensacola, Fla being that we lived 4 hours away out of state. We were on our way to this hotel for the 4th of July weekend. We knew check in was not until 3pm so we had our day planned out to check in around that time. It was so busy at the beach and we had our room reserved, and the traffic was crazy everywhere. We called the hotel around 1pm that day and spoke to the receptionist and informed him that we would arrive around that time 3pm to check in. Now bear in mind that it would take us an extra hour to get there being the traffic was so bad and Pensacola Beach is normally about 20-30 minutes away to Pensacola which is where this hotel is. When I called I never mentioned my name just said I had a reservation and he informed me that some of their a/c 's were broken and that they moved us over to a hotel across the street from them. We said ok no problem just give us the name and we will call them and let them know we are on the way. That was the first lie! Then he said after looking at his computer that our reservation had been cancelled because they tried to charge our card and it did not go through which was the second lie since it was pre authorized plus we have not even checked in yet so why would you charge my card early? I argued with him and said this is not true, plus do you understand my whole family is with me and all hotels are booked up and this is 4th of July weekend so to find another room we

This is maybe one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Super clean, amazing staff, breakfast was great. If Marriot doesn't do something special for this staff, they are not smart. Nothing

I loved their beautiful fire pit n sitting n enjoying the night. So peaceful n relaxing.

The room was so spacious. The bed was comfy and the room had a small kitchenette. Nothing.

Room was beyond my expectations and could imagine no other place to stay in pensacola. I've gone to other places and this blew them out of the water!!!!

Room was very clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Outside made you feel secure and safe.

The staff was wonderful. Antonio & Micheal and all of the front desk staff. Our housekeeper Aretha was also wonderful. The ladies that fixed the breakfast wonderful. I have nothing bad to say at all about my stay here. I am so sorry that I didn’t get everyone names. But I wanted to make sure that I acknowledged everyone I came in contact with. Thank you all for all of your hard work and making our stay here feel like home when we were displaced from our very own. I can’t thank you all enough

Staff was wonderful and always cheerful. They socialized and helped us with resturants recommendations around us. They are simply AMAZING!! I will be returning! Breakfast was great as well. We shall return :) Nothing. It was great experience
