Courteous staff, price, room size and location Room was neglected. Cobwebs in very noticeable places, bugs, spots on linen. broken window(not taped for safety). Shower rod and stopper for tub broken. There was no phone, I had to walk up front. Noise from other guests not addressed. Why are these people using bbq grills through the windows and using the window as an entrance to the room. I was concerned about the safety and security. Not sure if the management knew about everything or if all of the cameras were on. Police visited a few times. Kids running down the hallway, popping fireworks outside the windows.

Nice location and affordable

Everything was good. We moved the table closer to the bed and there was alot of dirt and stuff under it but besides that everything was fine. I’d stay again. Only recommendation is maybe have Netflix or something on the tvs

Exceptional

In the room, the floors were sticky with shoes on. In stocking feet, they were dirty. My white socks were black on the bottom.There were stains on sheets, pillow cases and pillows themselves. There were no directions on use of TVs. Each TV had two remotes. Wasn't able to get normal TV on one TV. There was actually no hotel or room information out at all in the room. We did not search through dressers/cabinets, though. The shower water barely got luke warm. No amenities like soap or shampoo. This was bare minimum, if you're in a pinch for a night for somewhere to sleep. But the sheets and pillow issues were a bit disgusting.

Nice staff sadly some people who are staying in some rooms are rude to the staff. 😕

This place is a dump. Unfit for occupancy. Innkeeper, you should be ashamed of yourself.

The actual room look good but looks were deceiving. Staff was nice. Roaches. bath tub was dirty. sheets had dirty stains on them. problems with TV remotes. beds were hard as a rock. Back is hurting when I woke up. Stains on the walls that looked like blood. At 3 am other guest were arguing and woke my daughters, grand baby, and myself up.

Really bad it was roaches in the room. The TVs was barely working. I come out to go to my car and it’s too crackheads sitting in the hallway really bad experience definitely will not be booking there again.

Disappointing

That I got a refund after being unable to stay in the filth. You have to walk down a hallway full of barking dogs and urine smell that literally made us gag all to get to a room that you open and it's either still occupied or never cleaned as it was trashed. So we go get different room and it's discusting with dog slobber all over walls, fridge also pet hair all over the bed. Along with the urine stains and cigarette holes in the bedding. I have never in my 50 years seen anything so deplorable. The staff was nice Holes in wall Animal urine smell and stains everywhere You have to walk down a hall full of barking dogs with some in hallway and forced to walk down that hall to get to other hall.

Not much Room wasn’t cleaned, no towels in the bathroom, bed linen wasn’t changed from last tenant, hair all over the shower walls. It was disgusting

The rooms are very nasty the bathroom is not clean enough and they have the nerve to ask for a tip when it looks like that no not again It was nasty

Hallways smelled HORRIBLE ! Room had pant stains everywhere. We ended up not even staying there how bad this place was .

Hallways and lobby smelled terrible but the room itself was nice and quiet
