Room was spacious and clean Looked out dated

Awful smell as soon as you walked in that never went away

The property was very clean! The building was under so much construction and there were disgusting smells and loud noises because of this.

Location seemed good, spacious room, decent breakfast options Room wasn’t very clean, thankfully we brought our own cleaning wipes

The room was extremely large with 2 beds, sofa, desk, microwave and fridge. The carpet could have been cleaner and the bathroom definitely could have used a second round of cleaning. The bathtub was dated and the bottom of the tub was dirty.

The manager Jermey has been amazing! He made me feel safe and not have to worry. Carpet in my room is a little dirty.

The water was off over 4 hours. I couldn’t even prepare food for my baby!

There's a lot of construction but the staff helps as much as they can to accommodate

Staff was friendly. Gave us toilet paper that we run out on first day and toothbrush and toothpaste. the terrible smell as soon as you walk in. rotten smell in the lobby and in 2nd and 3rd floor. I had to cover my nose to walk through the corridor until getting to the room. little details as the body soap was empty. The frigobar was so full of ice that did not cool off the drinks we put in. (it needs to be de iced). We change rooms because AC was not turning on. The frigobar in the second room also full of ice on the internal walls. The mattress on couch had a big stain in the middle of it. Looked like someone peed on it. We had to flip it.

The staff was nice. The fact that there was blood splattered on the carpet and wall and used Q-tips stuck to the wall. Waiting to hear back about a refund.

Didn't know they were going through renovations We had to switch rooms.The rooms are horrible Unexplained huge stains throughout the carpets.\n And we still had makeup on one pillow that we had to get sheets changed
