Very easy stay. Very convenient.

The staff was friendly and the location very nice. The floor in the room seemed to show its age and the pool was not as clean as other places. Overall would stay again.

Request that your room be serviced daily or they won’t do it. Parking is $25 daily for a rental although the QR code for access says $16-20. I’ll never know. The AC was extremely loud. The water is complimentary.

If I need a pass-through location on my next trip east, I'll consider staying again, only because it is clean and safe (big heavy doors and good locks); it was relatively quiet, no kids running around, but my 'neighbor' was clearly smoking pot (could only smell in hall, not in room). However, it's not a place we'd likely spend more than an overnight. If you do stay and use DoorDash, order local (within 4 miles) b/c anything from Philly will take 40 minutes. Local arrives relatively quickly and hot.

Property was very close to airport and shuttle service was fast and easy to use. Hotel was decent but showing its wear( peeling wallpaper, scuffed walls, bathroom door that was off track) however, very disappointing to have no room service for three days just even to empty the trash! Notified front desk when leaving but she seemed to care less and more interested in talking to gentleman security. Also be aware dining options very limited walking distance.

No food service other than snacks for purchase and very little selection of that. Since there are no restaurants nearby providing a good selection of refrigerated sandwiches or package dinner options to go could bring in a little extra income. The front desk and lounge bar area seem to be all in one area which is a strange feeling when walking in the first time. People hanging out outside the front door. Not sure if they were people who live there full time and but felt more like neighbors hanging out together having a smoke or catching up with each other.

Stayed here after booking another hotel that was subpar. Quick fix for the day! Airport shuttle and parking was convenient. Room was large and clean

The bed was comfortable. Staff did well with check in. At check in, the lobby music was too loud. Everything seems a bit worn and needing a deep cleaning. I know no one had control over this, but a 5 am fire alarm is never fun to wake up to.

Clean, quiet, convenient location. The staff is delightful.

Location - bedding - staff

I had reserved two rooms, one of the rooms the door did not lock so they did move us to another room, that door also did not lock. They stated they had no more available rooms and engineering would be there tomorrow to fix it. We had booked for two nights. The door was never fixed and we had to move are stuff daily to our other room because it did not lock from the outside.

This day was terrible. They didn’t have a clean room for us when they finally got us a room. Our keys didn’t work. There was only one staff member working so anytime you needed assistance. It took forever and to tap it all off at 4 AM. The fire alarm went off and everybody had to evacuate it was dingy and ghetto.
