Aloft by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

so I stayed there before it seemed like my room was a little random. The mirror was really scratched up. My fridge was kind of ran down. It looks like it needs some upgrading is usually I love the aloft, but maybe I got a bad this time.

The young lady at the front desk wasnt kind and the room AC didn't working

Good location. Close to the stadium. Building didn’t seem well kept. Our sink clogged and took forever to drain.

I’m a Marriot member and have stayed at many of their chain hotels as well as at the Aloft hotels in other cities. This was not even close to what my expectations were. Outdated, musty, not clean, terrible staff. Nothing was working as far as the so-called “amenities”. Literally never again would I stay at this property.

Clean, comfy, coffee in room, shampoo- shower gel - conditioner in the shower, blow dryer, iron and board, lots of pillows, modern feel, friendly desk staff, easy on site parking discounted, near airport, easy access to highway, billiards in the lobby, spacious well appointed room, quiet for restful sleep with black out shades. Would do it again.

This place has really gone downhill from when I used to travel to Philly and stay here regularly. Rooms were in a state of disrepair. The mirror in our bathroom was broken. There was no food service on site and the selections and the nearby 4 Seasons was limited and they were out of many choices. Will not be returning here. The good news is that the front desk staff members were friendly and helpful.

The service at the bar and the front desk was lacking, they were basically hanging out together, with friends making it awkward to interact.

Room was great. Loved the style and setup. Very inviting, and comfortable.

I had stayed here many times before and was disappointed that there was no more food service for dinner.

Avoid this hotel if you can. It’s run down, dingy and the front desk staff could care less to help out and understand. The hotel is basically an island surrounded by traffic. Very limited options to get food. Parking is $25/day. The only plus is the airport shuttle.
