Aloft by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

I really liked the view from the room’s window. We stayed there for four nights and did not even request a change of linens. When I booked the room, it looked like breakfast was included, but unfortunately, it was not.

The hotel need more clean csre!!

10min ride, each way. Shuttle picks ups and drops you off.

The staff barely acknowledged us, ice makers were all broken, and the keys stopped working every day and had to be reprogrammed. Staff told us this was because we had adjoining rooms. I would not stay here again.

I got to my room got unpacked to use the toilet. Someone had diarrhea and it was caked up inside it. Took 2 days for them to finally clean it. Pool was old and dingy. Terrible pot holes in the parking lot. Pillows gave no support. Beds didnt have a comforter. I asked for a credit. Im waiting to see what charge hits my card. Won't be back.

Property very small the bed too close to the floor. Mattress not comfortable at all! Too soft!!! No wastepaper baskets I asked many times for towels finally on my 3rd day towels were placed in room. I didn’t have extra sheets even tho I requested.

Shower had lots of mold. Handle was broken on bathroom door so was hard to close.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The sheets were improperly put on the bed of it looked like a good Child made up the bed. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and we had to take out our own garbage every day the washer and dryer which is part of the amenities was not well maintained and I use the washer in the dryer and they both didn’t work properly so I end up having to go to the laundromat after I spent money to wash clothes there overall I gave the Property about it too. They really need to really do a better job cleaning rooms and especially for the price

The bed was extremely comfortable with its pillow-top mattress. Additionally, the hotel was located close to the Xfinity Mobile Arena. However, I wish Aloft didn’t charge for parking.

so I stayed there before it seemed like my room was a little random. The mirror was really scratched up. My fridge was kind of ran down. It looks like it needs some upgrading is usually I love the aloft, but maybe I got a bad this time.

The young lady at the front desk wasnt kind and the room AC didn't working

I’m a Marriot member and have stayed at many of their chain hotels as well as at the Aloft hotels in other cities. This was not even close to what my expectations were. Outdated, musty, not clean, terrible staff. Nothing was working as far as the so-called “amenities”. Literally never again would I stay at this property.
