Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

Location to sports venue. Cleanliness of room: dusty, hairs on vanity surface, trash not emptied. Staff not that friendly. Breakfast was busy and one attendant couldn't keep up. Need additional staff on weekend breakfast. Upholstery on sofa worn. Value vs. quality just not there.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. In particular, the front desk staff who assisted us upon arrival were extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and helped us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, the excellent location and attentive staff were definite highlights of our stay. There was a fire drill while we were staying, and unfortunately, it kept happening throughout the afternoon. I was trying to rest and relax, but we repeatedly had to leave our room because of the alarms. The frequent interruptions were very disruptive and made it difficult to get any meaningful rest during our stay. I understand that fire drills are important for safety, but having them occur repeatedly throughout the afternoon significantly affected our experience.

Charging people for parking when there is ample space in the parking lot is not good for business. It should be free, since it is far away from the center of the city. Breakfast time should be at least upto 10am in the weekend.

My ride to the airport was on time and easy

There were dirty drinking glasses in the cabinet that I needed to wash before use. Don't drive past the entrance to the hotel...garbage lines the streets.

Cleanliness of the room. One of the ladies at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The sofa was sunken in the middle, the toiletries -shampoo, conditioner and body wash - were too highly fragranced. It would be better to have unscented, especially for those sensitive to fragrances. The gentleman at the front desk was grumpy and surly. The bar was closed on the weekend, and they didn't offer decaf coffee on the weekend. VERY inconsiderate for those who CANNOT have caffeine.

Booked for son birthday. All he wanted was to stay at a hotel & go swimming. We check in, no warning or anything. Have cake & ice cream, get changed just to get to the pool & no access. Yes, they offered to shuttle us 15 minutes down the highway to another hotel with a much smaller pool that was packed. The whole experience was awful & a waste of money. And no one knew what was wrong with the pool. No empathy. No discount on anything, not even the $20 they charge to park! Never again.

Pleasant

We had a door that wouldn't open. It kept jamming really bad. The mirror in the bathroom was rusted and broken around the edges and there was shower hair on the walls of the shower. Breakfast was edible but not as good as it should be and it was super cold in the hallways. I'm very disappointed.
