Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

Awful from the beginning when the room wasn’t ready for anyone checking in after 5:00pm. Everyone had to wait and some people were getting ready for an event in the lobby & bathroom. When we finally got to our room we realized that our bathroom didn’t actually have a door. So 5 people and zero privacy. The room with the tv and couch had all the AC meanwhile the bedrooms were hot. No one took our trash or cleaned our room for 4 days. And they didn’t reduce our rate or have another room for us. How this got such good reviews I’ll never know.

The room was very clean along with the whole property. The staff was always so welcoming and helpful. The room key machine was down when we first arrived but staff escorted us to room any time we asked. We returned late to the property following thr baseball game and they had the room key ready for pick up

We had reservations booked for months for a concert, traveling from out of state. Arriving at 4pm (check in 3pm) no rooms were available. Lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. No time estimate, no explanation. Just “our rooms aren’t ready and we are sold out”. After over an hour of waiting, finally got into a room that was not efficiently cleaned (water bottles from previous guests next to bed, the room stunk). Shower water was cold, even after running for nearly 30 mins. Understandably they were under max capacity, but this was not acceptable. Would not return. So disappointed and frustrating experience

The staff was very helpful and nice. The airport shuttle was available when we needed it.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, had a very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast included. It was in the most PERFECT location - 15 minutes from the Eagles stadium even after getting out after a packed concert.

Great location, very large and clean rooms. Staff helpful. Old and outdated and not worth the price. Was convenient and easy for one night needed near the airport. Just a bit stale.

Breakfast was acceptable. Air Conditioning didn’t fully cool the room. Room was very nice and spacious.

Shuttle took forever to pick up us from the airport. Elevator was not working and TV issues. The stuff did well but too many issues.

I liked the breakfast, and the workout area. They charged me $40 a day for parking! The swimming pool was nasty and foggy! The couch had some serious stains on it.

Close to airport and helpful staff. Comfortable bed but a few glitches in the room. Breakfast included too. Too expensive though for what they charged even though it was an event weekend.

Great customer service and excellent attention to detail.

On weekends, their bar is closed. People were smoking a joint on the patio. The room reminded me of the 90s. To top it off, the henge on the bathroom door was loose, causing the door to not fully close at all. Staff were friendly though, but feel the rooms could use a renovation.
