Brie at the front desk was very helpful.

Definitely not worth the price! 4 bills a night? They don’t clean under the bed-found a black sock and a wooden leg from the bed! Plenty of space for a family with extra tv and couch/chair. On site ATM was nice too but the transaction is a little steep. DO NOT ORDER food from Original Pete’s Pizza 1.7 miles from the hotel unless you don’t mind waiting 90 minutes! Food was excellent but the staff? Excuses excuses excuses!

Amazing staff,

Dated hotel. Elevators seemed like the stainless was never cleaned. Panel over the hvac looked to have been ripped off. Couldnt flush toilet twice within 30 minutes due to low refill pressure. Shower redo was terribly done. Spigot stuck far out of wall and temp was tough to regulate.

Location Problem with doorlock and the desk said couldn't help until next morning. Went to breakfast and sat with my wife for 25 minutes and left because no one serve us.

Rooms were poorly cleaned. Pillow cases and sheets had a bad smell to them. For the price it was very disappointing.

Very nice rooms. The staff is very pleasant & helpful. No comments - we liked everything.

The room was large and hotel was clean. The staff were rude except the lady at checkout…seemed like everyone had an attitude. And there was no hot water.

Beds for family of 4 Very inhospitable and unbelievable treatment and policies. Sheraton Philadelphia airport suites. We reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It has a sofa bed. There are no sheets or bedding for the sofa bed. The hotel does not send them to your room and instead you have to go pick it up at the front desk. Also they only give 2 breakfast vouchers even though the room is reserved for 4 people and it says breakfast included

Besides the sheets having holes in them, it was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Philadelphia and I’ve stayed at plenty. Perfect for a hotel airport stay. They just need to gets some new sheets. Big comfortable rooms.

They gave my room up and didn’t reimburse me so I paid the price for a king suit for something less the phones didn’t work the pull out couch was dirty and uncomfortable and I had to get blankets sheets and towels none of that was ready even though my room was reserved

Pleasantly surprised as I consider Sheridan an older property. Very nicely maintained, large rooms, very clean. Sweet young woman, I believe her name was Lori, checked me in as fast as possible. I was part of the canceled flights due to the PHL airport shut down. Restaurant did not open until 3:00pm. Would be nice to have room service option. Suggest magnifying mirror in the bathroom for those with older eyesight. Hate to scare those around me first thing in the am.

I work in construction so I notice things the average person doesn't, but they are in the middle of being bought so maintenance just painted everything white.... the lobby ceiling condition was HORRIBLE. Otherwise it was what all hospitality spaces have become.

The staff were so courteous and accommodating.
