Property needs some love, carpets in room stained and ripped, furniture very used. Staff was good especially the bar. Conveniently located to airport

This is the perfect place for a restful layover. The shuttle was convenient. The room was spacious.

The king sized bed was okay. However the pull-out sofa bed was very dirty and my daughter would not sleep on it.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful.

Room 805 had a huge crack/separation in the wall behind the TV.

Food at restaurant was dry and not good. Great transportation to airport where you could catch the train to the city and sights ! Room was clean and comfortable!

Room was a little dated but clean and the bed was comfortable my mom says it was “The BEST hotel Bed EVER” that she has slept on and now wants one for her house. Staff are all very friendly and helpful! Stayed here during the World Cup Games there was no issues with other teams or people honestly it was A great time only thing I would have loved to know about sooner was the Bonvoy lounge (hospitality room) to have snacks and some drinks for the room.

For the price per night, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this hotel! This hotel is so outdated and doesn’t uphold the Sheraton brand. Now, I’m skeptical of ever booking with them again!!!

Loved loved loved the staff

This hotel is definitely an older property and could’ve used a little sprucing up. We checked into our room at approximately 6 PM, and since we were six hours behind from a trip to Italy, we were really tired. One of us decided to take a shower before we went to bed and found out the shower was completely broken. We called the front desk and a nice member of the maintenance staff came but was unable to fix it — and said we needed to move rooms. By this time it was closer to 10 o’clock at night, which meant it was about four in the morning to us. Even though our room was right next-door, we ended up moving all of our luggage ourselves. It’s hard to understand how the cleaning staff would not have noticed that the water valve in the shower was completely broken. A few lights were also missing lightbulbs. When we checked out, I asked about the possibility for a partial refund but since we booked it online, they acted like they were unable to do anything. I’m not sure I’d really recommend this hotel after what happened but the burger we had at the hotel bar was very good.

Conveniently located near PHL airport. The room was comfortable but well used. Nice staff.
