Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever walked into. After viewing my room and the area around the reception, I decided it was unsafe to stay there. There’s a lot of renovation going on and the carpets and room were filthy. The hallway smelled like urine and I just could not stay I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff super helpful. Easy shuttle to airport ride. Will keep them in mind for future trips.

I am requesting a refund! I did NOT stay in this property it was disgusting! I checked in and canceled the reservation as soon as I saw the room and surrounding areas were absolutely deplorable! I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company also!

Stayed there before. Decent room, not fancy but very affordable, clean, good location right outside the city if you need a place to stay while visiting Philadelphia.

Strange smell. Carpet was questionable. Lighting was very dusty.

Hallways and stairs were a bit rundown but my room was clean.

Paid extra $30 to get in early which I was Ok with. Hotel was very unkept. Returned at 1:45 am from a concert to find not one single parking spot in the hotel lot. I ended up parking along the curb after the night attendant insisted there was a parking spot literally behind the building. It was not an actual spot just a small space where my small SUV could not fit. There were spaces that seemed to be filled with cluttered junk. And the room had a prior guests opened can of Coca Cola in the refrigerator.

Had to move rooms because 1st one was as dirty. Carpets had lots of stains, tiles were sticky, mildew in shower.

In all the hotels I’ve stayed at in my honest humble opinion this hotel was perfect for a 1-2 night stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this one was my favorite. Perfect just the bathrooms need updating but no complaints here

Staff was amazing! Super helpful!

Counter staff wore a shirt that read " People, 1 star, would not recommend" did not give good vibe about customer service. Acrid smell of crack smoke in the hallway when checking out. Might be a party hotel on weekends

I do not recommend this hotel at all. It needs renovation immediately.

The hotel is dirty and the rooms were very musty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
