Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Philadelphia Airport

Passable

Great location, very near the airport. Arrived on a late-night flight and was able to walk to the nearby Wawa store to get something to eat. We only stayed one night, as we had an early morning flight, so it served the purpose. Loved that they had a free airport shuttle. The facility needs upgrading.

the location was good for the airport The staff at the reception were rude, the room was smelly and the beds felt damp. There was also damp around the window and there was a bug or 2

Please change and have clean bed sheets available at all the time.

The overall condition of the hotel was dirty. The carpets are disgustingly dirty inside of our room underneath the sink in the kitchen net area. There was some dirty men’s underwear left under the sink, very nasty and unsanitary.

Exceptional

it reminded me of a nursing home. the building was not updated. stinky rooms. stains on floors.. its what you would expect for the price.

This is a great basic hotel. It’s not fancy but it is clean and maintained. The breakfast is equal to most hotels. I think it’s a great value!

Rip out those disgusting rugs! Glad I brought slippers.

Exceptional

Location $150 hold on my card! If I want a $250 hotel I would have booked one

The room was mostly clean, but I did notice some form of a spot on the ceiling. When I checked out, I did notify the staff and they said they would take a look at it. The beds were clean, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast could use some improvement.

I checked out upon arrival, roaches were on the floor when you walked in the lobby. Do not stay here regardless of the price.

good

Didn't have breakfast. On time line to reach airport. Shuttle service was slow in the morning. I had to ask twice for Shuttle to get me to the airport.

The room was covered with roaches, some alive, some dead. They're was black mold on the tub calking. We left immediately. Someone should call the health department. Worst part about it is when I asked for a refund the guy didn't casually like he wasn't even surprised.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. It wasn't a big deal but the carpet in the hallways needs cleaning or replaced.

Clean and tidy, we'll kept grounds. Unexpectedly nice. Didn't try breakfast. The morning attendant delayed our exit after checkout with a long description of an unknown movie in great detail.

The room had a horrible smell; this was the second time I stayed here and will not stay again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Liked the 24 hour access to coffee!
