Overall not well maintained hotel. Floor is wet so AC was unplugged. Room has a bit stinky smell. Lotion and body wash run out.

Clean One male front desk staff who worked on 6/27/26 from 3p, he was very rude and disrespectful, he falsely accused me of dropping towels into the toilet bowl when I tried to explain that the towel rack is directly over the toilet and the towel fell before I got to the room, he insisted that he had video of me. He refused to call the manager when I requested to speak to the manager

Very nice location, getting to the airport for pickup was easy as we had a car. Of multiple hotels we stayed at on this trip, this one had the earliest breakfast closing time. We had a late arrival from the airport and thus ended up missing it, would have appreciated it being open a bit later.

Easy walk from the train station, but there’s not a side walk in one spot. The gym was pretty good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was decent. They use Lyft concierge instead of a shuttle service. I think you have to pay for it, we got lucky at the prize wheel they have and got our ride for free. Not a lot of food options nearby
