Staff was nice Tv Turkey sausage for breakfast Room was filthy Toilet kept clogging Soaking dispensers kept falling Shower was dirty Blood on the toilet seat Room was dusty

We had a great time!

To and from airport so with a two day stay, shuttled back to the airport and caught the Septa Train to the Jefferson Station downtown Philadelphia and caught the hop on hop bus. Also the indoor market is right across the street from the hop on hop off ticket stand. Great food in side like roast pork sandwiches and cheese steak sandwiches besides all other kinds of bakery stands etc.

Room available on short notice when flight got cancelled Shuttle never came although I was told it would, Got overcharged and had to tell the hotel the charge didnt match booking.com- they refunded the difference but nobody contacted me Overly casual agents at 1am at the counter

The pool was closed for rehab. Room was clean. Supposed to be food and drink at 5:00 but we didn't see any food sitting out and the line for a drink at the bar was long. Breakfast was good, but over at 9:30 which seemed early. A small bag of chips was $6. Bring your own snacks. Bed and room very comfortable and clean.

Room was great; general areas however needed cleaning and some TLC. My feet stuck to the floor while getting toast for breakfast, very dissapointed. Airport transfer did not work.

Everything was great. They do have to invest in new beds , Breakfast was great omelets made fresh to your perfection, Bar restaurants was really good. Especially the food and wings. Great wings. If you get hungry in the after hours there's a little convenience stationary to get snacks food frozen food to heat up in your room microwave, shuttle always on time for rides to the airport, met very nice people there staying from in state to out of state the employees were extremely polite and nice. Just and overall great stay , I do recommend staying there.

Staff was kind and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was the best I ever had. Was planning on going swimming but the whole time I was there it was under maintenance. I booked the stay 11 months ago and at that time it was under maintenance also.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The evening happy hour was just what I needed and the breakfast was also very nice. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

It was old but not too worn After a hard long travel day the most important thing for me is a good shower. Unfortunately after letting the water run for at least 10 minutes the water was barely lukewarm. I would never consider staying there again.

I did not know I had to pay 25.00 a night for parking. Received an email regarding the parking charge. All otherhotels in the area parking was free.

The bed was comfortable, good TV, room was nice 1. Desperately needs updates 2. Van is falling apart 3. Pool is broken since JULY 4. ran out of silverware during breakfast 5. Restaurant closed EARLY when I came in. 6. Had to fix our toilet because I couldn't get the front desk or maintenance 7. Housekeeping Only Every 3 days!! 8. No trashing 9. Ice machine only on 2 floors and only ONE was working 10. Breakfast inefficient and subpar 11. Overpriced for what is offered. It's a HILTON property for gosh sakes!!
