Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

AC was not working properly and maintenance was not available. Also AC unit was full of mold and filter had not been changed in 3 months.

The TV didn’t work. To park I had to leave my car, check in and be told to go back, push the help button and get buzzed in, the hotel was run down and nothing like the last time I stayed in an embassy suites. There was a horribly patched hole in the shower ceiling and my kids didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Overall it was truly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I did not expect it from an embassy suites.

The room was okay. Air conditioning has issue because the entire room felt damp. The couch had a weird smell to it. We did visit the restaurant located inside and all of the tables were dirty. We had to wipe it down before sitting. The chairs and benches need a good cleaning. I expected more from the Embassy Suites. The hotel staff was pleasant. The ceiling in our bathroom needs to be fixed because it is damaged from a previous water leak and appears to be falling in and the wallpaper is coming off.

We were only there for one night with a flight layover, and we've always enjoyed Embassy suites, but this was very disappointing!! We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, while Double Tree was there 3 times!! We were given a room that reeked of smoke (Rm 150) but were really too tired to request a new room. The furniture was very worn and dirty. The only good thing is that the shuttle driver was on time the next morning to get us back to the airport.

A c sucks in this hotel I will not stay there again. The rooms were extremely humid. The whole time in both rooms we had.

Breakfast was better than expected and loved the complimentary beverages! It's a hidden gem among the cluster of hotels! Airport proximity and shuttle game changer! Will definitely run it back

I like embassy suites because of the happy hour and breakfast. I like the look of the hotel too but this particular one the breakfast area wasn’t as clean and it should have been. The carpet needed vacuuming and the area needed to be dusted. Also it felt like the elevators weren’t working properly.

Property and staff were amazing however there was no air conditioning in my room. It was a very uncomfortable stay for me and my wife. Would not return to embassy suites in the future.

Our room was OK, but it needs a facelift. The shower door was broke. The sink would not drain in the air conditioning barely worked. We were at a concert last night and it was super hot so we were looking forward to getting back to our room and it felt just as hot. Also, the elevators were so slow. Everyone had to wait forever for them.

Only 1 elevator out of 4 was working. Everything felt wet and had a mold smell throughout the main areas and bedroom. The restaurant and bar were not staffed and a number of guests were hanging around waiting. And the process for paid in advance parking wasn't working as instructed.

Got charged a fee for something that wasn’t correct , when I called to speak to someone front desk lady hung up on me TWICE !

Passing through for a flight. Nice hotel, but rooms could use an update.

Pool was under maintenance and closed. Elevators were extremely slow and one was temporarily unavailable.

Not a great stay. The AC was not working during our entire weekend stay at the end of July. They offered us another room where the AC was still not working. We overheard many other guests complaining about the ac as well. The pool was under maintenance and the elevator near our room was also out of order.

Their network was down and the staff was unable to efficiently assign rooms to their guest. Also, because their network facilitated the going in and out of the parking areas, you constantly had to call the help desk for their assistance in order to go in and out of the parking areas.

Love this location the staff is wonderful
