Good job!

Wanted to use a hot tub but it was filled in with concrete and someone broke the button for the fourth floor in the one elevator so it made it tricky to get to that floor

Great staff

Breakfast was well stocked and the omelet bar was great. We did have issues with getting fresh towels and trash emptied - asked the desk 3 times and finally talked to manager who had towels sent to the room. The hotel is very clean and a pleasure to stay at.

Staying At Embassy Suite Was Not It

Seemed like everything was broken

Love the design of the rooms, with the separate bedroom from the living space. Love the atrium views. Love the made-to-order omelets that were included in the complimentary breakfast. Did not like that 1 of the 3 elevators was out of order all 3 days of my visit, and a 2nd elevator had a broken push button for my floor, leaving me with only 1 option at one point. I had to send the defective elevator to the 5th floor and/to call the 2nd. The microwave in the room was old & defective. The shower door did not close completely, allowing water to collect on the floor outside of it. The gated parking kiosks often did not recognize the room key for entry, requiring use of the call button (w/ delay) to open the gate. Happy that the gated parking did not cost extra, or was complimentary. Not happy with the very-limited selection of alcoholic beverages that were complimentary. Not sure I'd book here again with the maintenance issues pending.

Breakfast was great, convenient airport shuttle, spacious and clean room.

Everything at this place was wonderful but he staff was good

No amenities, sink clogged upon arrival and stayed clogged for 3 days, kettle not working, carpet was dirty and smelly, no slippers, toilet was leaking with phantom flushing at nights, AC was noise, manager reception was cheap, breakfast was the only thing that was remotely pleasant.

The hotel is family friendly and staff was great. The pool was open and staff was available for your needs breakfast and night buffet was great. Room was clean and housekeeping was available. Front staff Anastasia was very helpful with my stay

The pool was closed when we arrived so we got up early the next day to use it. We did not see hours posted but the front desk told us 10 it would be open. They didn’t open till 10:30 or check out was 11 we also could have a late check out even though we checked in late. The shower curtain was also not staying closed on either end so there was water all the bet the floor since both sides kept moving to the middle. There was also pee on the back part of the toilet dried up. No trash bags in any trash cans. The pizza I ordered from the restaurant was also undercooked. But the free breakfast was amazing. It was still a quick clean stay minus the room bathroom. The work out center was also very nice.

The Property was clean

The rooms were clean, but the room itself was a little shoddy. The valance for the outside drapes were broken and hanging down. The couch had holes in it. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The cabinets snd the small refridgerator was not working porperly. And to top it off, the power went out the last day we stayed and we couldnt us eht evelator to take our heavy luggage down the stairs, so we had to use the room the last day and into the next day in partial and full darkness. Yes I understand that the storm knocked out the power, but the last day was rough for both me and my wife and my daughter and her three children. We werent able to use the pool when the power when out of course because of the storm. In addtion , it seems that some of the staff were not very friendly, not all but some.
