Sonesta Select Philadelphia Airport

Sonesta is definitely on my radar. I had the best experience my room was spot-on excellent. You can tell the housekeepers enjoy their job by how detailed everything was in my room. They need a raise😜. The front desk staff were friendly and very patient and helpful not just with me but while I was waiting my turn I noticed how they communicated with each guest and I was no exception. Give them a raise too. I will go there again. Thanks Sonesta you made my hard day great in the end.

Staff were friendly. Shuttle bus service was very useful. Convenient location. Rooms are dated. Shower was awful. Water just trickled out of it. Beds were very soft. Meals available were extremely limited.

The shuttle was great and the morning staff were awesome. The night staff seemed bothered when we called for the shuttle and didn't tell us anything about breakfast, etc. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Mold smell in room upon arrival, had keep window open

Nice shuttle. Comfy bed and pillows. Cute updated decor. Thank you for no carpeting in rooms. More breakfast options would be nice. The hall carpet makes moving luggage difficult.

The area was very clean and our barista was very nice. You pay at the deck in area and they do not have change, do pa with card. after midnight the people above or beside could be heard talking

Did not know property offered breakfast

Passable

The property was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Good

Abraham was such a pleasant shuttle driver. We enjoyed him very much.

Content with the stay

The location is good but I'd probably never stay here again if I go back to Philadelphia.

Exceptional

We came in late and we were greeted with friendliness and that made it worth it and we will definitely be back

Wonderful brief stay. Nice, clean, quiet- would return again if in the area!

Very clean, my stay here was amazing!

I liked the whole entire stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean too. I didnt like how the TV service kept losing signal. That is my only dislike.

Very clean

The shuttle was very convenient but you have to call to get picked up at the airport and you MUST know what terminal you’re at. This is not well marked and not marked at all when you get out on the curb. It runs every half hour apparently so plan your departure accordingly.
