Disappointing

Property was very run down and dirty.

Nothing The most disgusting place I've been..we ended up getting a different hotel..charged us an extra 100 dollars even tho we paid ahead

I would like to show you pictures of the property and I would like a refund. The carpet was torn. The carpet was dirty. The furniture had scratches and holes in it. The remote control channel up/down and volume up/down did not work so I had to use the button on the 32 inch TV. There was a previous larger TV there cause I could tell because it was holes in the piece of furniture that it was on. My cell phone battery was going dead, and I needed to wake up, the phone in the room did not work. I told an employee about the phone in the room, not working and I needed to wake up call and he said that customers unplugged the phone. I doubt that because usually no one calls a customers room. The employee did come and knock on my door at 6:30 in the morning to wake me up. of course, no room service. They didn’t recommend any restaurant near there, and if I would’ve seen photos of the actual condition of this property, I would not have gone and I have stayed at cheap cheap places before. I did not take a shower there I just felt so dirty. The porcelain on the sink was actually cracked as well by the drain. I also couldn’t get through on the phone to call them to see if they had an airport shuttle no one could ever answer. So I took a Uber there and there was a guy on the phone there while I just sat there at the window and waiting I’d say at least 15 minutes and then another customer came in and then we both had to wait and then see if we get off one call he would get another call. The

I always love the location, Airport Hotels are convenient and I love the scenery. Our room did not have a telephone, the bathroom light was broke so they replaced it with a lamp, no staff was ever truly accessible as the front desk was left unattended for long periods of time daily. Housekeeping does not come to your room until you check-out, so we had to use our own trash bags to clean the room.

Nothing Everything

When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t available even though the reservation was made and paid for weeks prior. We weren’t given any option or solution. After asking what could be done the staff made a phone call and we ended up getting a room. The hallway to our room had an odor but the room itself didn’t smell. There were stains on the floor. The walls and doors were dirty. The hair dryer plug was broken and a fire hazard. The box spring had some sort of stain that looked burnt. The blankets were very thin and no extra blanket was in the room. The photos on the website looked nothing like the inside of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.

Funny smell the staff not helpful

Did not feel safe. the front desk is behind safety glass, the room smelled smokey and unclean from the hallway, and when I asked for another room the only option was a room with a bump key. Meaning the lock doesn't work.

What respectable hotel, let alone an extended stay doesn't have an ice machine for the guests? This alone, if known would have sent me somewhere else. Kitchen was great, but no coffee maker and a missing hair dryer? Front desk did as much as possible but management insists on leaving out the small stuff. One, ONE! cello wrapped plastic cup supposed to last me for three nights. Right outside the airport was super convenient but still quiet as can be, Close to rail station for fast ride to Philly, and far enough out that there's NO trouble with perma-campers and 24 hour pharmacies. Some hiccups, but for the price. I'd stay again. Grocery, take out and restaurants easily reachable.

Needs a deep clean and proper housekeeping team

Nothing It was disgusting there was trash everywhere. It smelled terrible and a ton of hidden fees.

The cheapest Filthy , people live there with cats and dogs, outside drinking smoking , elevator not working, inside smells like mildew , rooms are horrible stains al on walls

This place is a dump, there are literally 1960 style bathroom sinks the kitchen cabinets in there look like they're made out of particle board and painted white refrigerators on the outside is just disgusting, this place I'm sorry is a slum the only thing that's nice is the floor which is brand new but everything else I don't think I've ever stayed in anywhere so gross. Amenities like bottled water a kitchen that doesn't look like it should be ripped out and destroyed a paint job might be nice I wish I could leave pictures cuz this place is just foul it looks like an abandoned apartment from like the 70s or 80s it is that bland and that disgusting. And the guy that checked me in got kind of pissy with me cuz I didn't have a car and he had to redo my receipt he barely said two words to me nothing like hey if you're looking for bottled water or amenities I mean this place is I'm sorry to say ghetto! And from the way the room looks and the lobby I don't think you can pay me to go eat the breakfast because he sure did mention anything when I checked in if there was a breakfast or where could be located or when it was served.
