TERRIBLE. They cancelled my reservation on their side without ever telling me. Then they said they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely useless and left me having to search for a different hotel. While I was there, another guest said their room smelled terrible and said they were not going to stay. All around a bad experience.

The room was clean, but it has trace of smoke smell even though the room is listed as non smoking room. But it is a convenient and affordable option if you have an unplanned stay in Philadelphia International Airport due to cancelled flight.

I can’t understand how this place is in business. The conditions are disgusting and couldn’t find another hotel or I would have left. I have pictures of how gross the hotel is and the room.

There is nothing near the hotel except Ruby Tuesday (.3 mile) and Wawa (0.7 mile).

Room needed some updating as walls were damaged. Very few amenities - Staff was courteous

Room was wrong, room was dirty, the whole floor smelled, needless to say we didn't stay here and got a refund, which the management also screwed up, luckily expedia had my back.

Seeing the staff more often than before! 😁

Ok Room , Nice Staff , Corny Breakfast

The room was advertised as non-smoking, but it had a strong cigarette smoke smell as soon as we walked in. To make matters even worse, the shower leaked hot water continuously throughout the entire night, filling the room with humidity. As the moisture built up, yellow-colored liquid started running down the walls, which appeared to be nicotine residue. It was shocking and completely unacceptable for a room that was supposed to be smoke-free. The cleanliness was also far below any reasonable standard. The floors were dirty, the refrigerator was filthy, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival. We had originally booked two nights at this hotel, but we were forced to leave immediately after the first night due to the unacceptable conditions. Despite not staying the second night, the hotel refused to refund us for the unused night, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. A hotel should provide a clean, safe, and comfortable place to sleep. Unfortunately, this property failed in every one of those basic expectations. I left extremely disappointed and regret booking this hotel.

This hotel is what you would expect any hotel to be, until it gets to the staff. For some reason no one ever stays at the desk! You have to locate them. Once located, they’re both friendly and helpful.

I didn't like it

this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There were holes in the walls. cobwebs all over the ceilings. The drawers didn't have bottoms to them so nothing could be put in them. Mold and food on the floor. I have pictures of the place we got out as fast as we could. The pictures that are listed look nothing like the place what so ever at all.
