Very good everything, no complaints for a long weekend.

For a one night stay it was okay
-
And last but not least the price of parking. My goodness $30.00 per day (i only used at night )
-
Everything clean, staff helpful

Not as advertised. There's a pool with no water in it. Breakfast wasn't great, but no coffee available for over 30 minutes. Severly understaffed. We were very disappointed. We moved to the Embassy Suites a block away. Much better.

The room was decent. Clean room. Beds was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. One thing I noticed is that it was constantly damp. I had a pack of gum that had to be thrown away the next morning because the cardboard was moist and the gum was soft. Towels never really fully dried. The walls aren’t thick but not thin enough to hear everything. The location isn’t ideal for those who do not have cars. The hotel has a snack bar but upcharges by 150%. Wawa is about a half mile down the road and the ruby tuesdays next door is a gamble.

I asked for a king bed room they gave me twin

Parking felt safe, and the hotel is located on a very quiet street, which made for a peaceful stay despite being so close to the airport. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and there was also an option to upgrade to faster internet for about $5 per day if needed. The only downside was that the pool was closed, which was a little disappointing since we were looking forward to using it. Other than that, we had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and the recent renovations make this an excellent choice for anyone looking for a clean, convenient place to stay near the airport.

Airport shuttle was very convenient, driver was very helpful. Front desk was very helpful and arranged for a room to be ready earlier than check-in time. Unfortunately, we left before dining room opened so we weren’t able to have a bite to eat.

We tried to check-in at 4:00 and were told there were no rooms cleaned for us. The lobby began to fill up with people waiting for a room. As we needed to leave for a concert and had not been able to check into a room, I asked one of the employees if I was going to have a room when I got back, as I overheard another couple who had booked in the day before had their room given away. They gave me a room at that point but 5 hours later when we got back, people were leaving for another hotel. It was chaos!

Delightful greeting from the front desk staff for this worn out traveler. Very much appreciated!
-
Shuttle service is good and frequent enough. That was great.
-
Room was clean. Facility was clean. Pool was drained and empty (8/1/26).
-
This place was the cleanest, most accommodating hotel that we stayed at during this trip out of 3 hotels in total. All of the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, including the airport shuttle service. The public spaces and our room were clean and looked well maintained. Comfortable beds . Great location near the airport and a very reasonable rate for the room. Would definitely stay here again.
-
So many good things about this property that could be GREAT with minor efforts and planning.
-
TV did not work in our first room. Fridge and door did not work in our second room. Luckily the night man helped us out with nights we stayed. If it wasn't for Mere I would have left a bad review.

Clean room breakfast was good service was even better

Check in was 3pm. We waited in the lobby with several guests and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. My room was finally ready at 5:30 pm. No discount😡. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable.
