Pool closed!! Whole reason I booked hotel in first place, no mention at time of booking that pool was closed! Disappointed, book elsewhere if I were you.

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, making it difficult to use the blow dryer since there was no other outlet near the only other mirror in the room. There was no breakfast available at 8:30 in the morning. When we inquired, we were told that they had to stop serving early because they had run out of supplies and had been waiting for two weeks for a delivery. The carpet in the room did not look as if it had been thoroughly vacuumed.

Stayed 8/15-8/18. Had room service once. My prescription pills went missing. They didn’t fly away.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly. The only downfall was the room doors were extremely messed up and did not close all the way with ease. You had to force them closed. I saw several rooms with the doors ajared because people probably thought the same thing I did, that the door closed automatically behind them like it's supposed to. Other than that, the stay here was fine. I would stay again. They definitely need to get all their doors replaced!!! That is a safety hazard!!

Maybe make the hot water a bit hotter. Other than that my stay was excellent.

I would never ever stay there. I would never ever go through sales.com because the service is bad. Customer service is bad. I had a room. The microwave was broke all weekend. They put an order in for no one never fixed it. Accommodated for the bathroom sink was leaking water all over the floor for the whole weekend. No one never came in fixed it just bad service. I did not enjoy my steak at all horrible.
