I booked this hotel because it had a pool ?they did but it was not opened being it was the 4th july weeken I assumed it was opened.

Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean rooms and nice variety of breakfast items. Airport shuttle was very convenient and a restaurant within walking distance in a quiet area. Couldn't even tell you were next to the airport. Would defiantly stay here again.

Driver A, was excellent as well he knew the area was very courteous, friendly and helpful. He offered to help customers when they seemed to be having difficulty. He spoke well of the facility and his ability to help.

Staff was friendly and our shuttle back to the airport was great.

The poor guy manning the desk, the roof was leaking in his desk, people were angry about the shuttle, so many issues, he was very kind or I would have rated my stay poor.

Everything was great here with the exception of one thing. Staff was great, breakfast was great, and they had an airport shuttle. My room (401) was musty smelling however. Super clean and comfortable but just strange smelling.

Staff tried to do their best to assist you with any issues, including when providing good guidance how to move around. Communication between shifts at lobby needs a bit of improvement.

Our first room had a problem with a leak in the bathroom that wet the carpet in the room. The person at the front desk was informed and they quickly gave us a new room.
