This place should not be on Hotels.com.The whole building smelt of drugs and the room was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen which is why me and my son booked somewhere else within minutes of being there so a further expense i was not planning on and I will be pursuing a refund.We are first time visitors to to the USA and Philadelphia and this was not the welcome I was imagining and I will also be putting this on the Internet so no one else has the experience we had.

Nothing the stay was horrible Floods throughout the building alarm kept going off room wasn’t clean

There was a tiny bit of soup spilled on the sheet it by accident it did not sting. They charged me $31 for that they would not give us pillows or blankets for the pull up that which we needed the bathroom was very dingy and run down the front desk people were very rude

In comparison to the 2 other hotels I stayed at yours was better than one but less than the other in that the floors could have been cleaner. If a little more effort in the floors or the rugs cleaned you could have been a fiver all around. It's not so bad I wouldn't stay there again, here I would, one of the others, I wouldn't. The minimal improvement needed would make a big difference to bring in more customers. It was nice to have a kitchen but I couldn't figure out how to use the stove so I opted for the microwave. I'd give you overall a 4 star rating with a need to improve to be a 6 star rating.

I called the hotel to let them know we would be late checking in due to car trouble and told them it would be after 1:30am. i was told we would be okay because the room was paid for and there would be someone there to check us in. when we arrived it took 20 minutes to get someone to come to the desk, he wasn’t even fully dressed, and he told me they were sold out and did not have a room for us. He also told me there was nobody i could call and nothing he could do and then he left back to his room and shut the door. I spent over an hour on hold with different people at Expedia and they did absolutely nothing to help me. So i paid in full ahead of time only to be stranded in a strange city with 3 little girls in the middle of the night and was basically told to sleep in my truck we can’t do anything by everyone i spoke with. As i was in the parking lot a couple came out of the hotel with their baby and let us know they found a bedbug in their room and were leaving. This place was terrible.

I love the staff, they are very friendly and helpful, very nice. I love the location of of the hotel.

The hotel has a moldy smell. Bathroom showers were moldy and lighting fixtures were rusted.

Nothing That they allowed someone to steal my vehicle from their parking lot

The breakfast was a joke. It was just a small snack really.

Horrible Old gross

Well for one I had the guest in room 210 punch me in my face in the lobby of the hotel . I didn’t like the harassment I received from the ppl who actually live in the hotel.

Accessibility Old dingy building, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Customer service is good that’s it I woke up with a bed full of ants on top of you all then let us know that we had to pay for parking on top of. We had to pay $100 deposit for incidentals hated it.
