Staff were very nice but the hotel room looked old and outdated. And it smelled bad in the hall and on elevator. I won’t be staying here again.

Don’t waste your money here. You might end up spending more. The hotel is very outdated and there is a bad musty odor at the property. No shampoo and conditioner. Some of the white towels was so used it looks grayish. Very inefficient at the front desk. We checked in and paid two nights parking ($25) and still got a $41 ticket for parking at their parking lot. One of the front desk guy called the police to come issue citations to cars that did not pay for parking. My car had a blue hotel parking tag hang on the front mirror and they still issued a citation. When I inquired about it, the front desk guy told me he didn’t see my tag registered as a paid car on their computer. I offered to show him my receipt and he would not take it. I asked for him to double check the computer and he refused. I asked him why my car is not registered as paid when it’s obvious I paid and have a receipt to prove it. He says even though he was there when I checked in, it wasn’t him who checked me in. I had a very bad experience here. Not worth spending $400 and have to spend hours dealing with the ticket with the city of Philadelphia because of hotel error.

The handicap accessible bathroom had no roll in shower chair, but had a bathtub without shower spray handle. The bathroom door was so sticky that I have to clean it myself. The bathroom ceiling had yellow spots and the mirror frame was dirty that I have to clean it too because I kept looking at it when I used the sink. The light was very dim especially when I used the shower. The shower was slow because half of the water can’t get up to the shower and half went down to the tub and the tub drain was slow. Front desk staff was bad, I asked for extra wash cloth in the morning and he said that he didn’t have. I asked again in the evening, he still didn’t have and he didn’t offer to send that to my room and he had no name tag on him and he wouldn’t tell me his name when asked. The second floor smell pretty bad. They only had muffins and oatmeal for breakfast. This will be my first and last time to stay in this hotel.

I would only stay here if it was the last place on Earth. Even then i would choose my car next time.

The room has a kitchenette and there wasn't one piece of glassware or silverware in the room. I couldn't even take my pills because the kitchen was empty. I understand you can buy supplies for the kitchenette at the front desk but I have stayed in many suites with kitchenettes and find it ridiculous it isn't even stocked with drinkware. Who brings silverware and pots and pans on vacation? We weren't told at the front desk that the kitchen is empty so we had no idea we would encounter this or that we needed to purchase or rent a glass.

Unclean hotel

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel last minute to attend World Cup event , it’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, stains in the bathroom , hard to lock bathroom door , strong smell of smoke, and dirty floor . I really regret spending my money on this place .

It took 1 Hrs for check in. Lot of noise and shouting on the reception. Room was having bad smell . Bathroom very unclean. No bedsheet , pillow, blanket given for the couch bed. Have to go 3 times in the reception to get those . Staff was very slow to respond.

I was told I'd have two rooms as all suites are, but NO...I had ONE room. The couch was suppose to be a bed, it wasn't! If we could have moved, we would have!

It’s not a good place to stay. It’s dirty and bad quality

The curtain was a little too long and kept blocking the air conditional vents so we had to put our camera bag on the window sill to keep the curtain from overlapping and blocking the AC vents. There were two soda and snack machines but they were not working. There are no extra vending machines to get water and ice like at other hotels. Overall, we had everything else we needed and it was ample for what we required. Our room was the largest one and did have a working refrigerator and a full size oven, too but we didn't use it or need it. The microwave oven worked well. Parking is secure but not for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful with what they could provide. They did not have extra towels available at the time we stayed there although this was during the FIFA 2026 weekend pep rally in Philadelphia so the hotel had a lot of customers that weekend.

The space is terrible, the door is broken

The room is filthy and pungent of cannabis smell. Broken of furniture everywhere. No cups, coffee machine, or other necessities provided. Avoid this hotel at all cost

Le habitación estaba bien, un poco cara por el precio, me imagino por el mundial de fútbol, no me gusto la ducha ya necesitaba reparación las paredes, considero que al hotel deben hacerle una actualización en las habitaciones, lo bueno que tiene parada de buses al pie lo que ayuda a movilizarse en el transporte publico

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We booked a room for 6 guest. The room was only built for 4 guest. Four pillows for 6 guest. We asked for pillows and extra sheets for the “sofa bed” and the attendant was rude and claimed the hotel was out of them. Bathroom had mold. Microwave was super dirty. Sink was clogged. Sofa bed had a mouse trap under it. I have pictures with proof. Never staying here again and I will try and get a refund.

It says smoke free and I have a child with asthma; we were all breathing in second hand smoke. Mostly marijuana. It was not clean and not family friendly.

The staff were unreachable to confirm reservation. I would appreciate a refund as I opted to stay elsewhere due to nonexistent customer service.

Nothing The room was unclean, bathtub was dirty and the finish was peeling. The staff was unprofessional with a bad attitude.

Property was not clean nor well maintained. Rooms had clothing and food stuffs from prior occupants. Smelled of marijuana.
