The room was absolutely disgusting! As soon as we walked in our room we noticed a drawer was missing out of a stand, next we noticed our bed was broken, the right side of the bed was slanted and the whole bed was lopsided, next thing we noticed was the dirty sheets (black stuff all over them), next thing we found was drug paraphenalia laying on the nasty stinky carpet, as we were leaving the room to go notify the front desk we noticed black spots on the walls that went all around the door casing (where anyone could touch easily when leaving the room), come to find out it was cockroach poison. My son also booked a room across the hall and he wasn't able to lock his door because the lock was broken. We were told they were sold out so they didn't have any other rooms available. The front desk staff went to both rooms to check everything over and agreed that all of these things were a problem and assured us that we could get a refund when management came back the next day and we could book a different hotel. Three days later I have been informed that the refund was denied for both rooms. This is absolutely absurd! This hotel was in breach of contract yet denies a refund because is was 10pm and past the 6pm cancellation window. This place is NOT sanitary and nobody should be allowed to stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I have stayed in a wide range of hotels this one is by far the absolute worst. We are not fancy people, just want a clean safe place to stay. We tried to overlook the smell of mildew and stale cigarette smell in the hallways, stains on the curtains and lampshades, the mildew and mold in the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing properly, and obviously we could see it was a dated room but whenever we got into bed I we could see across to underneath the other bed that was it! I asked if we could get a cleaner room even tho it was 12:30 at night and we didn’t want to pack up and move our family and were told they were “all sold out” I highly doubt that in that dump, we had to move our family in the middle of the night and they refused a refund to us… DONT STAY HERE, you will be disappointed

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was told there was no early check in and yet during check in hours it took 35 mins with numerous people in line waiting as well. Unbelievable. The whole building smelled of smoke which is ironic with the “smoking fine” posted around the lobby. The rooms were DISGUSTING. My shoes stuck to the floor, the dresser drawers were missing, there were stains ALL OVER the two full beds, the pull out bed, and the walls. There was a dead bug on the ground. It’s as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. I am shocked this would even be offered to someone to stay in. I am so disgusted.

The hotel served its purpose for 1 night to see a concert, but I would not recommend. Very run down, holes in walls, people smoking cigarettes in the hallway. Will not stay here again.

Very run down and I was getting a nicotine high from my no smoking room sheets and pillows.

The odor in the room was unpleasant. The breakfast did not meet the expectations given. The beds creek a lot. The general cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, (Sticky floors). Our rate is 2/10.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is rundown but as an emergency hotel near the airport it worked better than sleeping in a terminal.

Hotel looks run down as soon as you walk in , looks like it hasn’t been upgraded in years. Didn’t feel very secure all the doors to rooms looked broken. They charge $13 for parking for an overnight stay . I won’t be going back .

The bathroom door did not latch. The counter in the kitchen was so angled, we were concerned it may fall off if we leaned on it. The room itself needed a lot of repairs. The bathroom garbage can had dirt (maybe poop) smeared on it. The location to the airport and to the Sports Complex is close and an easy drive but that's about all this motel had going for it. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

This place was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. We actually walked out and decided to just drive 5 hours home despite it being after 11pm that we were checking in with our kids and exhausted after catching a Phillies game from out of town. It was filthy, smelly, stained, uncomfortable... the room smelled like a combination of smoke and maybe a weird chemical bug bomb smell. It wasn't clean. They didn't even have sheets or pillowcases available for the pull out sofabed that we needed for our family to sleep on the room. They were out. The mattresses were covered in thick, crinkly plastic and just a thin fitted sheet covering that. So loud and uncomfortable. It was appalling. There were groups of people late at night coming in and out and hanging out in the parking lot.... it was so sketchy and disgusting. Even our kids were crying and complaining when we got in that they didn't want to stay there and that it looked like the setting of a horror videogame. The receptionist and the manager were very nice and friendly and tried to be accommodating. But the hotel itself was appalling.

My family and I were forced to check out earlier than our expected check out time, due to the unsanitary nature of the room. Their was live roach activity as well as dead roaches under the blankets of bed and in the bathroom. The roaches were hiding behind the wall hangings. The room was also incredibly humid to the point the floor was wet and slippery. In addition the kitchen was unclean and mold appeared to be in the bathroom vents. No one was available to remedy these concerns as I believe every had gone home for the night. The manager at this location is incredibly rude, argumentative, unprofessional and Surley. She's also dishonest. I would only recommend this place to drug addicts needing a quick place to crash.

Last minute paid the price! Power outage for 24 hours. No direct communication. No guidance or reassurance. Food was spoiled. The whole set up needs more attention. Called to cancel no updates or reimbursement for the night of no power. The desk area was vacant. Tough experience. For the room fee, deposit, and parking fee! Yep they had bad service

Staff were very nice but the hotel room looked old and outdated. And it smelled bad in the hall and on elevator. I won’t be staying here again.

Don’t waste your money here. You might end up spending more. The hotel is very outdated and there is a bad musty odor at the property. No shampoo and conditioner. Some of the white towels was so used it looks grayish. Very inefficient at the front desk. We checked in and paid two nights parking ($25) and still got a $41 ticket for parking at their parking lot. One of the front desk guy called the police to come issue citations to cars that did not pay for parking. My car had a blue hotel parking tag hang on the front mirror and they still issued a citation. When I inquired about it, the front desk guy told me he didn’t see my tag registered as a paid car on their computer. I offered to show him my receipt and he would not take it. I asked for him to double check the computer and he refused. I asked him why my car is not registered as paid when it’s obvious I paid and have a receipt to prove it. He says even though he was there when I checked in, it wasn’t him who checked me in. I had a very bad experience here. Not worth spending $400 and have to spend hours dealing with the ticket with the city of Philadelphia because of hotel error.

The handicap accessible bathroom had no roll in shower chair, but had a bathtub without shower spray handle. The bathroom door was so sticky that I have to clean it myself. The bathroom ceiling had yellow spots and the mirror frame was dirty that I have to clean it too because I kept looking at it when I used the sink. The light was very dim especially when I used the shower. The shower was slow because half of the water can’t get up to the shower and half went down to the tub and the tub drain was slow. Front desk staff was bad, I asked for extra wash cloth in the morning and he said that he didn’t have. I asked again in the evening, he still didn’t have and he didn’t offer to send that to my room and he had no name tag on him and he wouldn’t tell me his name when asked. The second floor smell pretty bad. They only had muffins and oatmeal for breakfast. This will be my first and last time to stay in this hotel.
