Tv didn’t work, said they’d send someone and didn’t. Otherwise very clean, comfortable

For an airport hotel and guests in the go the Double tree is great. Staff were all friendly and helpful and those warm cookies at check in always a nice touch.

I haven’t received any communication or explanation as to why $150 was debited from my security deposit.

Adequate hotel. Airport shuttle was punctual

Great location!

The bar was nice. The property was under construction so that wasn’t ideal. It was long way from downtown. Also asked for change and was told they had no cash which I thought was odd

The lock on the door did not work, for my entire stay. As a result, almost missed my flight. Staff’s response was wholly inadequate.

Everything was good, I do need a receipt and forgot to get one at checkout. I called and asked to send it to my email and have not received it?

My stay here was just fine. We enjoyed the bar and the room was clean. My biggest complaint is that when we arrived after a 9 hour travel day we were told the system is down and we can’t check in. There were loads of people waiting in the lobby to check in which is understandably very frustrating. I also do understand that sometimes technology goes down and there really is nothing the hotel can do about it but I wish they accommodated better. They offered nothing for this inconvenience, not even a free drink at the bar. I could tell lots of people were very frustrated as were we. We arrived with an hour to get ready for the concert we were there to attend and had to get ready in the lobby bathroom where I was told to turn off my blow drying due to a conference. Again, I totally understand that things happen, and this was probably out of the hotels reach to fix but this really did unfortunately make my stay/trip for this concert way worse than I expected And I do wish we were accommodated in some way. I can’t fathom the fact that I paid for a night at this hotel that we ended up only using for 6 hours.

Room not ready and then they had to downgrade my room because they over booked still waiting for a refund for the difference in price.

Very unhappy with my stay . From checking-in. The housekeeping staff should be retrained on cleaning up the rooms and bathrooms. The shower gel was empty. Have to wait for them to be delivered. No ironing board in the room iron didn’t work .

Obviously I was expecting an influx of people, but when I walked in, there was a line of at least 25 people waiting to check in online, there’s was only two employees there checking people in and the line barely moved and I was standing there for over an hour before I was able to speak to a desk personnel. Once I finally did get up there, I was informed that my room was not ready, even though at this point it was well after the check-in time. It was explained to me that the night before their computers were down for several hours, which backlogged communication. I was told I was able to check in and get a room assigned to me, but I had to sit around and wait for the room to be cleaned. The front end supervisor that helped me was extremely wonderful and he did eventually come get me about an hour later letting me know that my room was ready. I do feel bad for the personnel that were there because it was out of their control with computers being down, but I do feel bad to the employees that had to deal with this during such busy influx of people due to the big concert in the city that night. But Communication could’ve been better…They left us all standing there for hours on end not letting us know what was going on. I also feel that accommodations could’ve been made due to the inconvenience to all the people staying. They could’ve at least validated parking or something but nothing was offered.

Great hotel. Nice parking lots, clean rooms and amenities. Definite stay again

Overall rooms were clean, bar was a bit round down and poorly staffed.

My sister then approached and said that was unacceptable and they needed to figure out a solution 5 mins later a manger assists an miraculously found a room for us available. We went to the restaurant for dinner which was mediocre at best. Few choices and food was meh. The coffee/starbucks advertised doesn’t exist. They did give us a fresh cookie after asking for it. Overall won’t be back and customer service was lacking. Short staffed or not.

Great place to stay when catching a Phillies game.

The sports bar on the ground floor was a disappointment. All four of us had dinner there, and unfortunately none of us enjoyed the food. It was overcooked, very greasy, and well below the quality we expected from a Hilton property. The one bright spot was our server, who was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

Over 20 cars were broken into in the parking lot during our stay. There was no closet in our room to store out clothes. The bed was literally in the ground, there was no box spring. They thought this would make things look modern. Parking was $35 per day and they put a $250 hold on your card for your room. The worst stay anywhere ever!

The hotel itself was ok. Booked a room due to an early flight. It was very surprising & at the same time unsettling to find out on vacation that our traveling partners paid $12/night to park their car at your hotel. We stayed overnight and booked parking and were charged $32/night. What an advantage for your clients…NOT. You can be assured that for future flights out of Philadelphia, we will inform everyone of your parking policy. Also, I will not be using your hotel again. It’s just bad business for your clients. And furthermore, your employees need more training in customer service, especially those working on 7/23/26 at approximately 9pm.
