Rude reception staff on arrival. The lobby was a building site - no coffee shop as advertised (was also a building site), breakfast was poor - eggs were inedible and despite asking for coffee twice it never came in 30 minutes. The room itself was clean but the bathroom has huge amounts of dust in the extractor and hairs left in the shower tray. No full size curtains to block out the outside light a so bizarre. Probably the worst Hilton Doubletree I’ve stayed at by some way.

Well not what I expected. On top of it they were doing some maintenance on the hotel. Would not come back

No running water on our first day from 10am-3pm due to water damage from pipe bursting and that night we had mice running around in our room. The hotel smelled moldy and the pool looked cloudy. I didn’t want to risk swimming in it. No room service even though it was offered online. The restaurant had 1 waiter and he refused to wait on us because he said he was the only one and told us to go to the bar. I would not recommend this hotel until things are fixed.

All good. Good location.

This was not the relaxing stay that I expected. The hotel was under renovation which is fine. On the oitskirts it looks pretty clean but when you have to disrupt your night after midnight to change rooms because a mouse is running around cleanliness is clearly an issue. That was the final straw. The trip began w terrible buffalo wings at their sports bar, the next morning getting ready we realize we don't have an iron and try to call the front desk. The phone does not work it is not even plugged into the wall a technician has to connect it. The breakfast we thought was included with stay was not. When we returned from exploring downtown and having lunch our room had not been serviced and there was no running water. We could not cool down from being out in 100 degree weather. There was no trash bin in the bathroom eirher. We could pbly get over minor issues but the mouse literzally took the cake. It was too late to change hotels so we moved rooms but could not sleep knowing even a new room there may be a mouse running around. We had a very restless night.

This facility was under renovation the entire time I was there . A lot of dust at the lobby and next to the restaurant and inside the restaurant by the windows. Restaurant is very very dark during the day and during the night , you can’t even see what you are eating . All the seating area in the lobby have stains and dirty and stained sofas and chairs . The material was disgusting. The breakfast buffet was the same every day and no variety of food .

Nothing to say it was just fine

The room was clean and well maintained during the stay. Unfortunately, I wasn't made aware that renovations were ongoing. I first chose this site because it offered a pool, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a sports bar. Also, parking was supposed to be included with the Expedia package. I was charged 30$ a night for parking, the restaurant and the coffee shop were closed during the entire stay. I tried the sports bar and the table and chair felt sticky from what I presume is dried residue from the spray bottle that is used during the cleaning. The common areas are not well maintained.
