Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

The common areas (hallways, elevators, lobby) were dirty and poorly maintained. The room was minimalistic and the bathroom smelled like mold. The staff was unwelcoming, unhelpful, and generally dismissive.

Check in was very fast and easy. The room was very nice and shuttle service was ok. Morning person was very efficient but non communicative and walked away before we could give her a tip which was strange. The lobby roof apparently has some leakage problems and a large portion was roped off. The bar/restaurant had limited menu but it was fine and we were glad we did not have to go further afield to eat.

Good food

The server/bartender at the bar was very rude and gave us an attitude because we wanted to order food at 9pm (our flight got canceled and that was the time when finished checking in) she then disappear from 9:40pm until 10:10 and got mad when wanted to placed another food order. This place needs some major remodeling to repair the leaky ceiling and a good manager to make sure staff is professional and kind to guests

The first room I was assigned had a leak directly over the bed and the next room had blood stained sheets. I just cried and left. I was exhausted.

Lobby was damaged and air filter in wall in room was damaged/exposed. No alarm clock in a hotel by airport. Also $26 for parking

The reception is always professional and courteous at this location. The room was very clean but there wasn’t no shower gel in the container. Luckily I always travel with my own.

It seems as if the facility is aged and the hotel is in the process of renovating. It would have been nice to be aware of this. I walked into a nice entrance and bar/lounge area, and then entered a room that looked aged and poorly kept.

The breakfast was very good. The check in could have been better. The staff made little eye contact.

The hotel was fine but I feel booking messed up reservation. They didn’t have the reservation when I arrived. The desk fixed it, but my credit card was charged twice. I only stayed 1 night. Will not use Booking again

Excellent stay everything was nice and clean. Shuttle to the airport made was a great benefit.

Could use some serious remodeling. Faucets very hard to use.

The first day we arrived, unfortunately the room smelled like someone smoked leaves in it. Furthermore, the hotel has seen better days. The Breakfast was good but ended way early, at 9:30 AM. Staff was great and Location was amazing… Just the lack of TLC to the property and rooms was disappointing!

Rooms and general areas were clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Also, your secure parking area was a joke. The "gate" isn't manned and it opened immediately when I pulled up. Check in was a miserable experience. I arrived at 11:30 PM .The person at the counter, Gerald, I can best describe him as incompetent. I greeted him and gave him my name. His reply was to pound on his keyboard and say "just a minute" MANY times. He turned and walked away to make a call on his cell phone. Then returned and continued doing something on the computer. He called a couple more times but didn't get any answer. He didn't ever greet me or the customer behind me, just kept saying "just a minute". I finally learned his problem when someone finally answered his call. He had locked himself out of the computer and couldn't reset his password or get logged in to the computer. After finally getting someone to help he was finally able to log in and provide me with a room key. It ONLY took a full hour to do that simple task!

Very convenient to have dinner until 10pm. They have vegan/dairy free options! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are as expected. Clean and good size.
