Staff at the front desk was rude and difficult to deal with x

The shuttle service was fine. The check-in was fine. The dinner service was fine. The breakfast service was poor as the server was surly and unfriendly. And the biggest unforgivable was the horrible internet service. This is the 21st century. Basic reliable internet service is a non0negotiable. The in-room internet service was terrible. I had to use my phone as a hotspot for the entire time I needed to be connected to the world outside this hotel.

It was ok for a quick stay

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport was overall decent, but there were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues. There was a leak in the lobby during our visit, and the shower curtain in our room could have been cleaner. That said, the highlight of our stay was Miracle, the bartender. She was incredibly friendly, personable, and provided outstanding service that made us feel welcome. Her positive attitude really made a difference in our experience.

We were there for just one night. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The young lady that checked us out was also very nice and helpful. We stayed in handicap room. The controller for the shades came off the wall and the covering for the heating/ac unit that was adjacent to bathroom door was getto - not flush to wall looked to be barely attached causing bathroom door to just make it past when opening

Friendly staff and shuttle driver . Pool area could have been cleaner with more towels provided . Food at the restaurant was good. Sink in the room never drained right and the water was left on in the tub when we entered the room . Seems like the lobby was under renovations taped off . Overall good experience .

Wonderful room. The bed was very comfortable and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay there again.

For a one night stay, it’s good. The bathroom water pressure was terrible and the front door would get stuck.

The staff at the main desk was not very friendly or welcoming either. Not worth the $300/night stay in my opinion.

We were doing park and stay for trip. After we checked out got charge of $288 for parking. We were supposed to be able to park for free for 10 days

We were in town for a quick overnight stay. This is my hotel of choice when I visit Philly.

Just stayed for one night so we can get on the airplane super early. Shuttle service was great. Parking was great.

Rooms were nice and the bar staff was fantastic!!!

Rooms and bathroom need updating; lots of exposed damage on lower walls and doors.

Building was in poor quality was an okay stay may not stay again

The staff was top notch, from the cleaning crew to the front dest clerk. The place is a bit old (not modern enough). The plumbing in my room was poor, not to mention the sink was in the doorway as you enter the room. The location was good as it relates to the airport and the Lincoln Financial Stadium.

Restaurant wasn't serving dinner. Our room wasn't ready when we got in, in the evening. There is caution tape just inside the front doors blocking off a big area because of a leak.

Rooms were nice size and clean
